Everything is done through texts, which is fine if you’re getting good communication. I had an “appointment” for the morning. No specific time ever given. At 10:30 I texted asking when someone would be coming. As I was sending I got a message back telling me that we need to reschedule. 2 hours later I got a text stating that my technician was on his way. Took 45 minutes for him to arrive. No apologies. No explanation. Very poor customer service. Then, I was quoted $550 for what the technician “thought” it was, but could be as high as $1,500, in which case I should replace the appliance. I’ve had this wine fridge for 4 years. Do NOT recommend Zephyr appliances or Mr. Appliance for repairs. Was quoted $129 for diagnostic testing, but was charged $140 due to having to use a card instead of cash or check. It was never mentioned during the plethora of texts that there would be a 3% upcharge for using a card.
