Absolutely the best in the business. I had to have a custom walk-in installed in a small, difficult old Pittsburgh basement. Bob P. came and measured it, talked to the manufacturer, came back to measure, talked to them again, came back to measure...he's a perfectionist, and it is *perfect.* The installation team was fantastic. They constructed a strong metal shielding over a drain pipe they thought might get run over by kegs going into the cooler, even though it wasn't really part of their installation. These guys are who you want to work with. Any large equipment I need, I'm calling Bob P.
