I work at a hotel in Ewing, NJ and we had a few problems with our ice makers, a refrigerator and our walk-in fridge. Steve in the office was super helpful and got a tech out to us quickly to diagnose and resolve our issues. Dan, the tech, showed up early and got right to work. He fixed our walk-in, and got one of our 2 ice makers up and running. He diagnosed the problems with the fridge and other ice maker and got a parts quote over to me quickly. Overall a great experience with RS and we will be using this company again. Thanks guys!
