As a business owner of 10 years, it’s pretty impossible to find someone as reliable and knowledgeable as Dago & Oscar. I’ve had my share of flaky, unreliable, untrustworthy contractors, and these guys rise above like a gem. I thought about gatekeeping them 😅 but I want them to thrive so, other people should really know how fantastic they are. We had our commercial bakery walk-in cooler break down the day before thanksgiving, and these guys came and worked the next day on thanksgiving day to repair my walk-in. Throughout the process Dago told me what was happening and the details of their work through pictures and videos. Unfortunately, the walk in was not able to be saved (due to 10+ years of wear and tear), but he walked me through my options and was very upfront with the costs. We ended up getting the unit replaced. The next day he scheduled all the parts deliveries, the crane rental (the unit was on the roof), and the installation. I was in AWE, and the most incredible thing was that, even though replacing a walk in condenser unit is very expensive, we came under our original estimated budget. Thank you Dago for saving our lives during thanksgiving weekend, you are such a wonderful person and such a knowledgeable technician. 🙏
