Never got to experience their repair work, because they refused to work on my walk-in freezer. Called in cause my walk-in is short cycling. After a bit of talking on the phone the rep realized I’m at a residential address. (It's a farm so.. I live there) But even though I’m a regular business with a commercial walk in... they refused to come out because they do commercial work only, and I’m at a residential address... But here I am and I cant get a residential company to work on it.. .cause its commercial equipment. Not sure why this doesn’t qualify as commercial. I tried to explain this but got basically hung up on. I just cant make sense of this logic. Nothing wrong with being a commercial company... but you just turned down a commercial job cause its at a farmhouse. Anyways I don’t usually write reviews… but this one “got my goat”
