In Oct 26, 2023, my mother's refrigerator was not cooling. We called Mr. Didenco and he immediately answered the call. He was available the same day. He provided a reasonable time range for arrival and showed up within the time frame. He was polite, respectful, explained everything in detail in advance, provided cost and once approved, he fixed the appliance. He was honest and there were no surprises or hidden fees. The cost seemed reasonable. He mounted the compressor discharge valve, recharge sealed system with a new r-134a Freon, and cleaned the coils. Invoice was sent via email. One year and eight months later, the refrigerator continues to be working fine. I recommend Mr. Didenco.
