Came to fix my refrigerator (water under the frig) only to find out it was a lose hose on my washer that was next to the frig. He found were the water was coming from, tightened the hose and guest what? Problem solved. Your the best Jamie and I will tell everyone about you. Thank you so much.

I contacted JM Appliance Service for a problem with a refrigerator not cooling to proper temperature. Jamie came to my home within 3 hours, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and set up a date/time to return to finish the repair. JM Appliance Service is, without a doubt, the best appliance service in the Worcester and surrounding Towns area. Professional, knowledgeable, timely, responsive, reasonable rates - I could go on and on but you get the idea. Our fridge wasn't cooling and we are expecting our third baby any day now. We called Jamie after calling several people, and he was responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable right from the start. He came out and looked at our fridge right away and just left after getting the part we needed in a very timely fashion. We will absolutely call him again and highly recommend him for any appliance related concerns.

I had my refrigerator and dishwasher repaired. I am very pleased with their service and I highly recommend this company. Highly professional,and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. They diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and did the repairs. My dishwahser and refrigerator are working like they are brand new. We contracted with Revive Appliance Repair (Auburn, MA) to repair our Whirlpool refrigerator. The ice maker was not producing ice and was no longer under manufacture warrantee. Revive technician arrived on site Oct. 5, 2022 and said they need to replace the ice maker and need to order the part. They came back Feb. 6, 2023 to install new ice maker. The next week, there was no ice and we called them to come back. He thought we needed a new ice maker but misdiagnosed the issue. It was not the ice maker, there were electrical cords on bottom of freezer door cut. We asked for a refund and they said they would provide a credit but not 100% refund. I called back 4 times with no call back. We paid $452.86 and they didn't fix the issue and charged us for the part and labor that they misdiagnosed. Ice maker still doesn't work. They also didn't follow through on their word to provide a credit. I contacted BBB (which I have never done in 49 years) and they could not resolve the issue either. It will show on BBB as :Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." This is because they responded to BBB, but they did nothing to rectify the issue. I would not recommend this company. I paid $452.86 and still no ice (they received payment for not fixing the issue).

While this shop boasts excellent reviews, my experience was unfortunately the opposite. I scheduled a service call for an issue with my 11year side by side KitchenAid refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker but the technician failed to diagnose the problem or perform any repairs. After intermittent water then stopping for days at a time, it was working when tech arrived. Hours later it failed again along with fridge, freezer temps malfunctioning. He quickly, loudly and repeatedly said, “it’s Ancient and it’s working now nothing I can do!!” As a reasonable person I asked why no diagnosis of water filter, air filter, temperature controls, compressor might determine my issues but he was reluctant to check anything and became angry. Demeanor was rude and ge was disinterested in addressing the issues with my appliance, did not listen to my concerns,, disregarded potential problems. I contacted another company and a thorough fair diagnosis was completed, including the compressor, that resulted in my decision to replace it rather than repairing it with costly parts. I bought a new refrigerator within a week after careful comparison shopping as my only alternative to a faulty fridge. Despite paying for the service call, I was left with the same issue unresolved. I'm disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the wasted time and money. I was surprised to learn that using my debit card to pay fee meant adding a 3% surcharge, that is illegal, and therefore decided to pay by check instead. I subsequently asked for a refund as the charge was for a diagnosis only, that was not done professionally, however I have had no response. .

We were beyond happy with the communication and speed of repair for the ice machine in our GE refrigerator. We were covered under warranty by a third party (New Leaf), however we feel like we were still treated as any other paying customer. They were very responsive and fast with coming out to diagnose, and as soon as the part came in they called and even offered to come out to finish the repair same day, which didn’t work with our schedule but had a number of options within a couple of days as well! Dave who came to evaluate as well as complete the repair was friendly and efficient. Thank you for making this process so easy!

BEWARE!!! Paid harrity to fix our fridge. It’s been a MONTH and STILL NOT FiXED!! Four trips to our house after calling them again and again. They have no idea how to fix anything and simply make excuses and denials on the phone. Very unprofessional, not adept at repairs. Manager on phone literally told me he doesn’t know anything about appliance repair. (Yes, really). STAY AWAY

Make them your first call. I LOVE our 7 year old LG fridge but we started to have an issue with the defrost feature on the freezer fan, so after a month of defrosting the fan with a hair dryer and hoping for the best, we finally had to have someone come look. The first person tried but couldn't fix it, said they don't make the parts anymore and didn't put it back correctly which made the freezer stop cooling and ice maker stop working. We reached out to LG directly hoping their tech could fix it, but they use 3rd party people and the only "LG techs" were in lower CT and the scheduling was a NIGHTMARE because they wouldn't come this way unless they had other jobs. I was still determined because I did NOT want other fridge so we called Harrity's. He said he knew what the issue was, ordered parts, and came back within a week to install them. I was skeptical because of the issues the first guy had and "no one wants to work on a LG"..... but he did it. He fixed our fridge on the first try, at a very fair price, and in a very timely manner. We couldn't be happier and I wish we had called them first to avoid the headaches.
