It's not often I write a review, it's also not often I get the level of service that Nebraska Home Appliance provided. Friendly people and easy to work with. Jason was the technician that completed the repairs to our Samsung refrigerator. He was well versed in the issues that this model refrigerator has. I have been living with ice buildup under the freezer drawer for several years, he had the parts on his truck to remedy the issue. He also repaired the ice maker that had stopped making ice. Once again he had the parts required in his service truck. Very professional service and a great experience using this company.

Dillon did an extensive diagnostic of our refrigerator and found the expense to replace the needed parts would cost almost as much as a new refrigerator. We went with a new refrigerator.
