Who wants to buy a NEW refrigerator?? NOT ME!!! Our five-year-old refrigerator was leaking in more places than you could imagine. I checked everything I thought it could be — waterline. Condensation. A crack. Issue with the icemaker. Nothing. I shut off and emptied the contents. Greg from Greg’s appliances Not only showed up in a timely manner but confirmed my appointment the day before. Told me when he was on his way. And was exactly on the time he promised. He found the issue and was able to repair the issue. He Checked some other components of the refrigerator for proper operation and we were up and running. It was a flawless and professional service and I was grateful for his honesty and expertise

Greg was wonderful. Knew exactly what the problem was with my refrigerator. He repaired it at a reasonable price. Would definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends if they needed an appliance to be repaired. Also he was very polite, professional and explained the problem to me in detail.

We have used this company before to repair our refrigerator. They are fairly priced and good at what they do. I called for a dryer repair. The dryer was seven years old. The lifespan is just over ten. He advised me that because of the cost I should just get a new one. It needed a timer and their expensive. We appreciate his honesty and will continue to use this company in the future. Greg is a good guy.

There's a reason why Greg's Appliance Repair is carrying a 5 star rating-he earns it! Refrigerator stopped cooling, and started searching for repair service. The big guys were a month out and I wanted to go local anyways. Greg is a one-man-show and yet responded in a timely manner, discussed the problem, provided estimate, ordered part on Saturday morning and was on site and had unit back working before noon on Monday. Now that's what I call great service!

I had to give an appliance repair company a call right away when my refrigerator began having problems. These experts were reasonably priced in addition to being close by. They found and fixed the issue right away. Outstanding support!

This man is a crook. “Fixed” our refrigerator and within weeks it failed. Tried to charge us for labor all over again and eventually did charge us for an additional part. Mind you the issue was supposedly fully diagnosed and repaired during the first visit so the second visit should have been free. Now, about 5 months later, after his “expert” work and brand new parts, the refrigerator has failed again. It’s from 2014 not 1914. Steer clear of this company. In response to the owner- There was no second issue. The unit began to exhibit the same sounds and problem that it did the first time we called you. You failed to fix anything and charged us for it and somehow stand by that. Also, there was no “second tech” you sent the same person both times! Absolutely shameful. This is the last of my energy that you will receive and hopefully the last of many peoples business as well.

I called to get repair for old dryer. They stated they would check to see if there were parts Next day, I received a text that I was on the schedule. Because of this, I figured they had parts for the dryer they had me send a pic of model and serial numbers. Now, the day of appointment, 30 mins after appt time, I send a text if we are still on. The repair guy called to say he was double booked and would get to me next. A 10 am appt was now a 12:30pm appt. When he arrived, he did not remember which appliance I was getting repaired. Asked if it was a stove, refrigerator, or washer. I told him no dryer. He looked at the dryer, stating it was old. I said yes, this is why you asked me to send pictures of the model and serial numbers so you could research parts. This was not done because after 15 min taking dryer apart, he makes a call. Then he tells me that they do not have parts for the age of the dryer. Which he was to do research prior to coming out because of the $125.00 diagnostic fee. Then he says he can go on ebay to find parts and suggests more options. I told him that I was not spending that kind of money for a older dryer and I only agreed to his service because the diagnostic was going towards the repair. Yet, he never looked into finding parts for the dryer. Then he asks if I would like foe him to take it apart for another fee of $25.00. I Said yes. All in all, I was scammed out of $150.00. Never looked into finding parts for my aged dryer, and when he took it apart, he took parts off the dryer that was useful to him. All caught on camera. Please do not use this company. If you do, make sure you confirm they know why and what appliances they are coming to your home to repair. Also, keep a watchful eye so they don't steal anything.
