Pete replaced the evap fan in my 3 year old refrigerator. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose and 10 minutes to replace. He was very knowledgeable as well as respectful and professional. Even gave me some maintenance tips for the future. Would definitely recommend their services.

First off I want to say that they do good work but my bill was outrageous. They told me about the $85.00 visit fee upfront but they added $225.00 technician time on to the bill. Now if the tech had done anything besides blowing out the dust underneath the fridge & correcting the temp display from C to F, I wouldn't have minded. The tech was here a total of 20-25 minutes. They have fixed this fridge before & actually did some work on the unit but this time it was generally nothing done. Again, they are very good at their job. Just thought the price for work done was excessive.

Our refrigerator's ice maker was driving us crazy. Flip-flopped between working and not working until finally just stopped altogether. County Wide came the same week to diagnose. Ordered the part, and once they got to our house, had it fixed and ready within minutes. Highly recommend!

We have an extended warranty for our Samsung Refrigerator. A claim was filed sent to Countywide Appliance. We received an appointment canceled too many appointments scheduled for that day. No problem we understand. We were scheduled for another appointment the day came. The first technician Wayne was given the wrong address by the office staff. Wayne let the office know right away. We received no call from the office so I gave them a call. I was advised we had to reschedule again there was no one to come out. I advised this would be the third change in appointments this time due to a wrong address by office mistake. The Technician that did finally come to fix our Refrigerator said the freezer door was off track which is why it’s not working. In a few hours it will start working the fan will go on. Well here we are this morning the freezer is still broke. I might add the Technician said under his breath oh Samsung. Not even sure where to go from here.? I am not confident this issue will be resolved or that this Company even cares because it’s a Warranty claim which typically doesn’t pay as much. There is no way to express we are without a freezer!!! No one cares. Call the office will it be worth it?
