I’ve had Don over to repair our refrigerator ice maker. He’s very honest and extremely professional. He charged very reasonably and did a wonderful job. We’ll use him for our appliance servicing going ahead.

Don came out and fixed our fridge … did a great job, for a reasonable price, and he’s a good man. I recommend him highly !!

Although Corey could not duplicate the noise issue after he inpected and tested everything our refrigerator is now operating MORE efficiently generating temperature at 38 degrees in the fridge portion. Definitely worth the service call.

Absolute horrible service. They would not honor a Protection plan I purchased for my refrigerator and also every single time I try to call which has been weeks if not months now, Nobody seems to answer so I don't even think they are actually open. I can't understand how come no one can come fix this refrigerator in which I purchased a warranty from Sears. Which this is Sears that somebody should come fix it or at least take a look at it since it is covered.I would say I would not shop Sears anymore, but they are out of business and again.I can definitely see why extreme horrible customer service if the place even exists

He did a great job of fixing/removing the ice in the icemaker of the Siemens Refrigerator.

Technician David was exceptional ! His experience enabled him to complete our refrigeration repair without any problems. The repair was done very well and he cleaned and vacuumed all debris when finished. David was very polite and helpful. I would give David an outstanding rating.

The icemaker in our refrigerator stopped making ice and we called Appliance Repair Guys to come fix it. Andy was professional, showed up in the time window stated, and was efficient in diagnosing what was wrong. The part was on backorder, but came in sooner than expected. Andy came back to install it, and it still seemed to be clogged/not making ice. Called back and they were able to come out and fix it right away. Would recommend Appliance Repair Guys for fast, efficient, professional work.

Our dryer wasn't staying hot throughout the drying cycle and our refrigerator/freezer wasn't cooling properly. Service fees were reasonable and similar to two other places I called before getting referred to Appliance Repair Guys from a friend who had used them before. They were able to get out to the house, get the dryer fixed, and give us information about the problem with the refrigerator, so we could make an informed decision about next steps, within 24 hours! John was our technician and he was great! It was an easy decision to have him repair the dryer: He did it quickly and it's working like new again. He was up front with us about the the cost of parts and labor to fix our old refrigerator. When we were on the fence about whether to repair it or replace it, I appreciated that he didn't pressure us to make a decision on the spot. He checked to make sure they had the part in-stock and told us to give him a call if we decided we wanted to repair it and he'd be out right away to get it done for us. We will definitely use them again in the future when we run into issues with any of our appliances!

Ken does great work. He fixed the seal on our refrigerator. I appreciate the help of both Andy and Ken. He did have to come out twice because the first time he attempted to close the gap and save us money before purchasing a whole new seal (which I appreciate). I would recommend this company and will be using them in the future!

Ken was very professional and honest. He replaced a part on our Whirlpool refrigerator but unfortunately, that did not fix the problem. The second part was indefinitely backordered. We had to buy a new fridge but Ken came out and removed the part originally installed and issued us a credit. We also had Ken take a look at our washing machine. He was brutally honest and told us his repairs would cost more than a new machine. He could have totally taken advantage of us but did not. So, while nothing of ours was actually repaired, I would recommend Ken just on his honesty alone.

The so-called technician who came out to do a simple replacement on my mom's refrigerator door not only didn't replace the door but was very smug and unfriendly to my mom. He was being paid by Whirlpool for the labor to do the door replacement. He claimed there wasn't enough clearance to replace the door yet the existing door cleared fine. When I called the tech to question him on why he lied about the clearance and why he didn't finish the job he was very defensive and complained that I'm bothering him on his personal time. He had no regard for my lost time in having to follow up on this simple job and he wound up hanging up on me. He had a very smart aleck attitude. I replaced the door myself in minutes with no issues at all. I also contacted Whirlpool corporate to lodge a complaint with the way this was handled. Whirlpool needs to know the type of companies that are representing them. This company should not be one of them.
