Bobby and Britt were my service techs. My refrigerator was over chilling. The problem was diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Bobby was very knowledgeable and gave me several options. Was told the price of a temporary fix and informed that there would be no warranty as it would not fix the problem permanently . The price to fix permanently was almost the price of a new fridge which was not an option I chose for now as I had previously had to make repairs. I chose to go with the temporary fix while I researched new refrigerators. Was very impressed with with their knowledge and honesty. Would definitely use P.A.C.E again for any appliance issues.
