Eddy, checked the freezer and refrigerator and didn't find any issues. The freezer control was turned up too high and he vacuumed underneath and the back of the unit. He was very professional. I would highly recommend.

Our very old Subzero refrigerator was no longer getting cold enough in the freezer. Dave from Family Appliance was here for a short time and replaced the timer. Done! And very reasonably priced. So happy!

I was getting condensation and water dripping inside my refrigerator because the door was not closing tightly. Dave resolved the problem in about 45 minutes by shimming the door. He also wiped out the extra moisture and used a hairdryer to remove ice that had formed on the diffuser. My refrigerator is working great now!

Chose this company to fix our broken Samsung refrigerator’s ice machine due to the Google reviews and they did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive (leave a message—they WILL call back soon after), on-time for the appointment, and came stocked with the supplies needed. Extremely happy with them and will not hesitate to call them again if needed. Not many of these types of service companies around anymore!

They came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Ordered parts that took over a week to arrive but never communicated or ordered from another vendor until we called. They came out to complete the repair after we called again. Less than 12 hours after completing repair the refrigerator had the same issue. When I called James said he didn’t service a refrigerator the day prior. Very condescending when he communicates. James wanted me to pay an additional $249 because it was Saturday or go until Monday without a refrigerator after it was “fixed” less than 12 hours ago. James offered a refund which I accepted. I asked when he would send the check and he responded, “I don’t know do you want me to strap a check to a pigeon and send it over”. Very unprofessional, does not stand behind work. Ultimately, I accepted a refund minus the house call fee of $95 which I should also have received back since they misdiagnosed the issue in the first place.

Recently our refrigerator broke and it was not until the morning if the 4th of July that it stopped working when we were having our entire family over for food and fun. We called James and him and his worker were over within half an hour diagnosing Althea issue and had it fixed well within time for the get together, really saving the day we had planned for our family to enjoy. Him and his worker were done fast, they were kind and courteous and from calling a handful of places by far the most family friendly price in a pinch that we could find. I will continue to recommend him and his company because it's hard to find honest, good workers in this day and age and they did go above and beyond to be sure our weekend plans weren't ruined (while ruining his I'm sure with his own family). 10/10 would call again!
