My refrigerator / freezer stopped working properly on 4/19. I called after 5 on Friday and someone was out at my house in 30 minutes. Which was great! The gentleman diagnosed what the problem was and said it was the relay switch. He gave me a price and said he can order the part and have it fixed by Monday. The refrigerator/ freezer is working beautifully. I would recommend this company when you need somthing fixed. They were professional, fast and did a great job.

When the guys came to fix my dryer (Adam made the repair quickly), I took advantage of Noel to ask unrelated questions about replacements for refrigerator parts. Noel explained everything, helped me look up parts online, and told me ways to get them cheaper. The guy who was rebuilding the fireplace overheard our conversation. When Noel left, the repair guy asked me for Noel's contact info. I said, "He was really good, right?" "No," he said. "He was great. I'm always looking for people who know what they're doing." I told Noel I hope never to see him again, but I know that things break. Now I know who to call when they do.

Multiple phone messages unanswered. Came out finally to fix ice maker (their 22nd attempt!!!). The tech “turned off the noisy fan, said he had to order parts, and the next day fridge stops working in a heat wave…5 phone messages later- they don’t actually answer their phone, I have no refrigerated food, no ice , no safe food storage, they appear to be mia.

We called Avery Appliance to come out & fix our ice maker on our Whirlpool Refrigerator. They came out took out the old ice maker & replaced it with one that worked but not properly. We contacted them again and told them of the problems it was having & were told to wait it out a little bit because sometimes they can take a little bit to cycle through and get back to normal. So we waited and then one morning we woke up to a flood in our kitchen coming from the ice maker and it had completely stopped working. So after cleaning up the giant mess we contacted them again to explain what happened. After another month with still no reply we called again! I was then told they would be out to fix the problem after the 1st week of July due to the Holiday and someone on their staff being out of town, but they would call us back that week to set it up. NO CALL AGAIN! On August 23rd I called yet again to see when was someone going to come out & fix this as promised more than once & I was again given the our apologies someone will be there the last week of August speal. So here we are 2 days before October 1st still NO CALL/NO SHOW! We are now wanting a full refund on the bad ice maker that our old one was replaced with ($412.99) because it never worked properly and no one seems to want to come out and fix it like we were told they would! I would never recommend them to anyone after being ignored & lied to for months!

I can't say enough good things about Thermal King! I tried a different company at first and they told me I had a leak and was low on refrigerant and they couldn't add any because they can't use R22 anymore. He said the only thing I could do was buy a whole new air conditioning system for $5600. Enter Thermal King... After hearing about our situation and what the other company said, the owner of Thermal King sent one of his guys over first thing the next morning. Not only did they add the NUR22, but they also added a compound that would seal the leak. We had a cool house again in hours! Thermal King is the most professional (When's the last time you had an owner of a company say 'Yes Sir' and 'Thank you Sir' when speaking to you) and trustworthy company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with in Spokane and I couldn't recommend them any more highly!
