Tim responded fast - literally several hours faster than any of the others I messaged. It was almost 11PM on a Friday night when we noticed a puddle of water on my kitchen floor. It was easy to tell the refrigerator was not working, as the ice was melting and dripping onto the floor. I thought to myself, oh no, this is a bad time for this to happen. No one is going to come on the weekend, with no notice. I did a quick Google search and found Fixme Appliance Repair. I sent them a quick note about my situation and then did the same to half a dozen more services. I figured I would through my net broadly and see what my options were. Within the hour, Tim responded that he had available time the next day. No one else responded until the next morning and throughout the day. Some were still responding after Tim had arrived at my home and diagnosed the problem. He was fast to respond, quick to diagnose, and to repair. His pricing was very reasonable, it was actually less than I expected it to be. To top it all off, Tim was very polite, professional, comfortable to have in my home, and communicated well. Not only do I recommend Fixme Appliance Repair, I will use them again if I have another repair come up. Five Stars for sure.

Dimtro was a fantastic service provider. It wasn’t easy and it took three trips to fix my refrigerator because of its age and multiple cascading issues. He brought parts, didn’t try to over sell, offered good suggestions, recommended one last try to defrost the refrigerator, which worked. They didn’t charge extra for the additional trips. Part costs were fair and labor rate is fair. The he came back earlier than expected because he was in the area and called to find out if it would work for me. I asked him to bring two additional water filters which he also did. Grade: A+

I was having an issue with a frozen (and therefore leaking) refrigerator. I put in a request and within a couple days had an appointment scheduled! Dmitro was great and repaired my refrigerator very quickly. He was professional, explained what was going on, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Expert Appliance Repair. A technician came out the same day that I called with my emergency. He assessed the issue & explained the logistics of the problem and the options I had for moving forward. When he left, the refrigerator was working but later there was a mysterious vibration. The technician returned promptly and stayed working with the problem until it was resolved. I appreciated his determination to fix this issue. I also appreciated that he answered my questions so I would understand the mechanics of the compressor system. I’m extremely satisfied with the professionalism, technical skills, and courtesy.

Expert Appliance repair provided professional, fair, honest and timely service for us. Our refrigerator was showing signs of failure. Our concern was to determine if it was worth it to have it repaired, or purchase a new refrigerator. We called Expert Appliance Repair and they scheduled a Senior Technician, Leo to provide an analysis of our fridge. Within 3 hours of placing the call, Leo arrived, asked questions about the unit and then proceeded to evaluate the problem. The problem was diagnosed as a refrigerant leak requiring replacement of heat loop and compressor. Although he could have recommended the repair, he was honest and said that because of the repair cost and age of the fridge, it would be better for us to replace the fridge. We were happy to have the diagnostic completed and confirm the condition of the fridge so we can now plan for its replacement. I strongly recommend Expert Appliance Repair for appliance evaluation and repair.

When our refrigerator failed they were able to come out the same day to fix it, and were even able to be flexible and come later when our power was out during the scheduled window. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful, advising us on proper maintenance to avoid this issue in the future as well as a semi-related issue he noticed which could potentially have been catastrophic (it's not the kind of work they do, so this was definitely quality-motivated as opposed to looking for more work). In the end he stayed pretty late diagnosing an abnormal equipment issue so that we could have our fridge back and not have to live out of a cooler. If we ever have refrigerator issues again I know who we'll be coming back to.

The water drain was backed up in our refrigerator causing ice to form in the bottom of the freezer. Leonid came out during the time range promised. He repaired it in about an hour. Showed me it was draining. Very professional, cleaned up an the refrigerator is back up and running

GE refrigerator (20 years old) was running but not getting cold enough to make ice and also noticed that ice cream was getting soft. He showed up earlier than expected, which was great. Very methodical to help diagnose the problem. When he took out the back panel, the refrigeration coils were covered in ice. I was given an estimate for the repair. He came back the very next day with repair parts. Refrigerator had to be turned off for the night to defrost. I had to place everything in cooler for the night. He did quick efficient work and I am very satisfied.

Long story short. Had problems with our refrigerator. Technician came out, replaced a part and was gone in less than an hour. The refrigerator still did not work. Back came the repairman, but this time they had to wait for a new part to be delivered. The tech came back the following Monday and with the new part in hand was able to repair the refrigerator. But here's the important part. I was not charged anymore for parts or labor after the first visit. Who does business like that anymore? I give these guys 5-stars and have nothing but respect for how this company operates. Complete integrity. Awesome.

Much like the other reviews - I called in the morning, Al came by in the afternoon. He deftly diagnosed a defrosting problem with my refrigerator and knew exactly how to fix it - even had the parts available so it could get done right away. 100% would call them again if I have appliance problems...which I hope I won't, but ah, the joys of home ownership.

Upon my tenant’s refrigerator no longer cooling, I reached out to Mr. Fridge after finding them on google. After providing the model/make/year of fridge, I asked for an approximate estimate of the repair cost range. They said they cannot give quotes without the full diagnostic, which I understand, but I was asking for typical price range from low to high end (for example if at the very minimum it will cost half the price of a brand new refrigerator, I’d rather opt for replacement than repair). After I explained myself, I was abruptly told to “go contact someone else.” How rude and unprofessional! IMHO there are many pleasant way to be firm about why they cannot give price range (especially when I had been nothing but courteous). But how a business handles communication shows a great deal about their work ethics, and I’m glad they showed their true colors early on so I didn’t have to waste my time.

I have a drawer refrigerator that's an uncommon brand that other repair places wouldn't even look at. Mr. Fridge was able to see it the day after I called, and figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. Once the replacement part was available, he came right away and fixed it promptly. I am so relieved to have a working fridge! He was communicative and very professional.

I would give him more stars if possible! My Refrigerator was only cooling to 47 degrees and running constantly. I called him at 9:57 am today and he text that he would be here at 12:45 pm. He arrived right on time. An hour later my refrigerator is working! Cooled down to 33 degrees and shut off. I am amazed with this level of service. I also live pretty far away from his area and he never hesitated to come out and fix my refrigerator.

We were very positively impressed by the work that Alex did in repairing our 8 year old Maytag fridge:/freezer . The refrigerator section was not staying cold. He was unbelievably quick to determine that the fan that blows cold air from the pull out freezer to the refrigerator compartment was not working . He quickly replaced the fan and kept us well informed as to each step as the work progressed. Alex was very professional, technically very capable, pleasant and courteous. The cost of the work, including the new fan, was remarkably low and, considering the cost of a replacement refrigerator ($1400.00+), would have been reasonable at twice the price .

We came here to buy a work refrigerator and ended up making a great purchase for not a lot of money! As a matter of fact when I go to replace my refrigerator soon I am going to look here first. The store is a little bit hidden and is behind the spa shop once you find it it will be worth it.

Had a leaky refrigerator. Roman quickly diagnosed the issue was the drainage system was clogged with ice. He thawed and flushed the system and ensured it was draining into the evaporation pan below the refrigerator. Cost was $330 including tax. Happy with the service, much cheaper than buying a new refrigerator.

Called them to repair a refrigerator that stopped colling despite the compression still working. Was able to schedule a visit for the same day and the technician was super nice, but it cost 130$ for the visit for him to clean the out side the condenser, with a promise that if this did not solve the problem they would come back. When I called back the next day to schedule a follow-up to check if its a problem with the refrigerant they told me that they can't do anything on the "closed system" part of the device. This is way to limited for a company that states that they do refrigerator repair. And if they knew that there wasn't anything else to do other than clean the back part of the device (that I could have done my self) why tell me that if there was a follow-up it would be included and ask me to call back? Bottom line: don't consider them if you have issues with any sort of refrigeration appliance.

Simply unprofessional. I called up to get a quote on a repair for my refrigerator, they said they don't work on the brand then hung up on me while I was mid sentence asking for a recommendation of where to take it.
