Used Primo to fix a refrigirator last month and he was able to source a used part as new part was unavailable and managed the service appointment with renter. Fridge has been working since then. He has reasonable price.

Our refrigerator that was less than 2 years old decided to die, no longer under warranty. Dan was able to get to our house the same day, after hours (for a reasonable additional fee) to diagnose the problem. Although it took a while to get parts and get it fixed, Dan did a great job communicating with me, keeping me informed on how long it will take and how much it will cost. Dan was very courteous and professional, and got our fridge fixed up!
