Terrible!! IT’S BEEN A MONTH AND THE REFRIGERATOR IS STILL NOT FIXED!! They said they need to order part after part to fix it but each part takes multiple days to arrive and then they take days to come back to fix. This is literally the refrigerator we’re talking about. Imagine going a month without your fridge!! They don’t care. We have encountered missed work/ had to take vacation each time they came to “fix” it. No one has the time or money to go to work, then leave every they say. Not to mention all of the money that was wasted from the food that was originally in the fridge AND all of the money spent on eating out/ not being able to store food! This is literally ridiculous and we are angry! They even ordered the wrong part so now we have to wait more time! Why didn’t they order all the parts at once? Why did they take so long to come back? Why did they tell us they couldn’t send a new technician because the same technician is supposed to finish the job but then sent a different technician after the 3rd week and he still couldn’t get it done? Why didn’t the technician realize that it can’t be fixed instead of wasting time? Would anyone at this company accept this terrible service toward themselves or their families?? I think not!

I had a hand-me-down refrigerator that stopped cooling. Elite Appliance was able to schedule a service visit within a few days of requesting. Raymond the technician quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the relay sensor with one from his truck.

Repair wa done quickly. He even came back the next day when the refrigerator had defrosted fully

They came out and fixed a clog in the drain line of our refrigerator. They were prompt, professional and courteous. I was so glad I don’t have to buy a new refrigerator!
