I highly recommend using A&E appliance. The technician that came out actually looked at our refrigerator and checked things on it unlike the guy from Richmond that was sent out for the warranty work from the big box store. The tech from A&E was able to tell us the reason refrigerator was working correctly and it was most likely a water pressure issue we were experiencing.
