He had extensive experience, and he identified the problem with our refrigerator right away. Service doesn't get any better than this!

I scheduled two service calls for repairs on two separate occasions with Landers. One for a GE gas stove and the other for a Whirlpool refrigerator. Each time, the technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts readily available on the truck. The repairs went well and the appliances are in good working order. I'm very happy with Landers and the service they provide.

First of all Landers Appliance came out the same day I called with my problem with my refrigerator. John the tech came out and diagnosed the problem, Landers ordered the parts and was fixed very quickly. John was professional and knew what he was doing to fix the refrigerator. Landers has been my go to Appliance repair for several years. They never disappoint.

Refrigerator problem: I Called on Labor Day(holiday ) at 7:00 am. To my surprise , Nirouze answered the phone. I explained the problem and that point he proceeded to give me a 2 hour window in the morning on same day! He found the problem and the good news is that I didn’t need to buy a new refrigerator 👍🏾

My refrigerator stopped working and Kader was able to come by the same day to repair it. He arrived on time and fixed the issue. His prices were reasonable and offered a 90-day warranty on his work. I will definitely call him if I need another repair and will recommend him to others.

Quick response and same day service call was the reason I initially rated this as five stars. However very there are several issues: 1. A technician came to check up on my fridge. The fridge stopped working and after I restarted it, it seemed to slowly working again. So the technician spent about 10 minutes in my home basically only measuring the temperature inside the fridge and pacing in front of it. So no check on to see if the fan and compressor are pulling correct voltages or so on. The technician then suggested that the fridge is leaking. While I asked him how he came to that conclusion, he suggested it’s based on the fact that the temperature inside was slowly going down! So while I think testing the sealed system might have been an overkill I did not see the technician exhausting any other electrical options to make sure that if that’s the case. Regardless, the fridge is back up and running on its own after the reset and I am still trying to figure out if there is actually a leak, which seems improbable now! 2. After charging the service fee, the technician requested that I finish rating on google maps so the invoice can go through! What does that even mean? Why your service is pending my rating on google maps while the technician is still present at my house? I keep wondering if the high rating of this business is then due to this practice. I do not believe that this business provided a comprehensive and professional service. However they were quick to respond and come to my location.

Trusted Home Experts and my tech Eric provided Excellent 5 Star Service to repair my ice make. Eric was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repairs needed. Eric also allow me to clean behind fridge while he had it pulled out. Best tech ever, very kind, friendly and honest. I would highly recommend this company. Tyrone and his company came out replaced a part and has the refrigerator up and running. He has been to our home several times and has fixed our issues. He is awesome. I've referred him to a lot of my friends. He is awesome ar what he does and more importantly an awesome person.

We used Factor to repair our GE Monogram side by side refrigerator which was accumulating water in the bottom of the refrigerator side. We were able to arrange for a quick appointment, during which the technician determined the cause of the problem and identified the part needed to fix it. He returned with the part the next day and the repair was complete. Very pleasant to deal with and very reasonably priced.

There was a problem with my GE refrigerator. I thought it could be a major problem, so I needed service fast. I called the local GE office, but they said they had no one who could fix refrigerators. I called the 800 number, and they said they could send someone over in a week. So I started calling around locally, and Factor Appliances said they could come out in two days. Having no better option, I made the appointment. But the next day they called and said they could fit me in during the morning. So the tech came out. It turned out not to be such a major repair. He quickly solved the problem. But their willingness to fit me into their schedule ASAP was the big selling point for me.

Honest- Knowledgeable and Trustworth. Godfred came to fix an issue with my fridge My GE fridge was leaking out of the bottom freezer compartment. Godfred called ahead, was prompt and provided great service. He has 20+ years of experience and knew exactly how to fix it. Factor is trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable. Heads up when you call, you get an answering service that can't answer many specific questions, they are mainly to book appointments. It's a business decision and just want to let you know what to expect. Will def use again!

Call them to have my refrigerator fix because it wasn’t making ice. I was told they needed to replace a part which the repair cost a little over $300. A few hours after the repair was done I let the repairman know it still wasn’t making ice and I was told that it takes 24 hours so I waited. After a few days I let him know that it still not working. He comes back to check I don’t know if anything was done that day and again was told it would take 24 hours and if it still didn’t work then they needed to replace another part. I don’t know anything about repairing a refrigerator that’s why I call them but from what I can tell they don’t know either. I would have appreciated them being honest and telling me they don’t know and that there would a chance that something else was the problem but instead I was told that would fix the problem. I ended up paying to replace a part that didn’t need to be replaced. I won’t be calling them again.

I have used Bogart for several years, having been referred by several friends who have also used Bogart for their own appliance issues. They are, by far, the best appliance repair team around. They are honest, trustworthy, and provide great work for a reasonable price. I most recently had an issue with a refrigerator and they went about their way to try to assess the issue, at no cost, over the course of a few weeks (and potentially through referring me to another group), before we just concluded the appliance was beyond repair and just needed replacement. They could have easily tried to fix 'something' to charge me but did not. So long as I live in this area, Bogart is my go-to-team for appliance repair.

My fridge started making a loud humming/vibrating noise, and I was pretty sure it was the motor for the cooling fan. When I realized we likely would need to replace the fan/motor, I went to Yelp to find a local appliance repair that had good reviews, and landed on Bogart. I emailed the company with my issue and Jose replied very quickly--he was very responsive and friendly, with questions and suggestions. I described the problem and he actually suggested we try emptying the fridge and letting it completely defrost and come to room temp over 24 hours to see if it was a more simple issue like ice in the fridge. Unfortunately the defrost didn't help, as it wasn't ice causing the issue. Jose came out to my home (he was very respectful with COVID precautions!) within 2 days of me originally contacting him and made sure my description of the issue was accurate for the repair. He then ordered the part and came within the week to install it. Bogart is a nice local repair company and Jose was a pleasure to work with. I was bummed the defrost idea wasn't the solution, but I was so impressed and thankful that he even offered that idea before asking me to spend the money to have him come out and look at the appliance first. If we have appliance issues in the future, we will be calling Bogart first!

Called them out to fix my fridge freezer. Came the next morning, diagnosed the problem, got the part the same day, and got it up and running that afternoon. So far so good.

My subzero refrigerator stopped cooling. I contacted smart step and got a quick response. After a brief talk I made an appointment. Technician Alex arrived exactly on time. He was in mask, gloves and shoe covers. In about 20 minutes found problem. He said something about starter relay for compressor. And he had it in stock! After about 1hr my subzero started cooling again. Also he provide me 90 days warranty.. These guys are really good.

I called Smart Step about my broken refrigerator. Their technician came out promptly, and after a quick $95 diagnosis told me my refrigerator needed a new electronic control board. The technician told me that I should expect this to be a very expensive repair. I received a call the next day, Smart Step told me that for ~$700 they would replace the control board. Spoiler: The control board is fine. The control board is a $30 part. The technician should have confirmed their diagnosis by testing with a known-good spare part. The problem was the compressor start relay, a $10 part that, had the technician known to test it, they could have fixed same day. I do not plan to use Smart Step in the future.

Alex was very prompt and professional. Was respectful and explained the issue with my refrigerator very clearly. He also cleaned the coils at no extra charge. I will definitely call them again when and if I need any service on my appliances!

Henry Kinte replaced the compressor in our refrigerator. After 24 hours the repair seems to be successful. However, he left our kitchen in a mess. There were tiny dark oil spots ALL over the kitchen. I think the machine he was using spewed a fine spray of oil all over the room. We spent 2 hours cleaning up!!
