Brian, a great Technician, concerning my Lennox AC unit. after first determining the issue, he placed orders for replacement parts, notified what was to happen next and made sure everything was clean and secure. Brian followed up with me the next day and then completed the installation of the replacement parts, added refrigerant, made sure the compressor and evaporator was like new and retested my system. I cannot be more pleased with Brian and Isaac heating. BTW, the Gold Maintenace program is worth every penny. Best Regards JerryD

Technician came out after our A/C unit was not cooling the house anymore ($109 service call). Initial diagnostics ($225) according to him said the capacitor ($275) and contactor ($253) were bad, refrigerant was low ($305/lb to refill, 2lbs refill total), and the unit needed to be cleaned ($99). I didn't want to pay that much money, so I just paid for the service call and diag fees ($335+tax). He suggested we think about how much we "wanted to put into this 28 yr old unit" and gave us quotes on a new A/C unit at $5,500-$7,500 which in turn would mean we'd need to replace the coils in the furnace which would be another set of charges. I bought a 35/5 uf 440VAC capacitor at Ferguson for $12 and installed it myself, but that did not resolve the issue. So there's a savings of over 2200%. By the way, a contactor to replace the part on my unit is $18, ALSO at Ferguson. So the upcharge here is ludicrous. Well, come to find out through another HVAC business (Rizzo Heating and Air, Frank is great!), the capacitor was fine, the contactor was fine (for now), and since the unit was cooling the house fine before the refrigerant seemed fine. Turns out the time delay circuit board was getting power in but no power out to the contactor. So, instead of paying ~$1,600 for a "fix", it ended up being an $85 service call. Avoid being upcharged at every turn and never call Isaac... I'd highly recommend Frank Rizzo @ Rizzo Heating and Air!

I have hired Isaac for my HVAC….but when my 92 year old parents’ AC died, they checked it out and said they needed a new AC unit. I asked another person to give me an estimate….he fixed the run capacitor, topped of the refrigerant and it was up and running. What the…..??? Not sure if this is lack of know-how/ignorance or just dishonesty. Either way not good.
