The appliance repair man sent by Appliance Geeks was such a personable individual. He asked me questions and consequently provided me information of what was wrong with my refrigerator. Because he needed to order parts, he was back the next day with the compressor my refrigerator needed and completed repairs. Later on, I called him back because the icemaker was not functioning properly. He gladly came back and evaluated that the water to the icemaker was over pouring. My refrigerator will be functioning properly because of this efficient man.

Joe and his son are good people. They took a look at my Kenmore refrigerator, as the fresh food section was freezing. Instead of trying to replace the entire control unit, they recommended tweaking some settings first. The small adjustments did the trick and therefore saved me a lot of money. Can highly recommend!

These guys are amazing!! Quick to respond to check out the issue and give tips on how to make your appliances last longer. Gave an honest opinion that it was not worth fixing even offered a loaner refrigerator if needed. The following week my washer was making a noise.they came out found the issue and ordered the part and got it fixed!!

I called ‘In Home Appliance Service’ in a panic at 4:10 pm on a Thursday afternoon because my refrigerator had turned off completely, and I feared all the food would spoil before I got help. The person who picked up the phone was out of town but offered to help me troubleshoot, one step at a time. The refrigerator was back on within about 5 minutes. It was a tripped breaker issue. Will always be grateful for his charitable assistance.

On the house we just purchased the refrigerator was not staying cold. I called them for refigerator repair. They did an estimate and then a few days later another issue happened. Rather than just making me spend more money on it they recommended i just purchase a new one. Thank you for your honesty and if should anything else need repair i'll call you again.

I wish I could give zero stars. Mr. Appliance of Rio Rancho is, in three simple words: unscrupulous, unprofessional, and a complete and utter rip-off. In July (2021), my Kenmore refrigerator quit cooling. We called them and they came out ($99 to come out and troubleshoot) and informed me that my compressor was bad (this is not even that old of a fridge, mind you). They quoted us $750 to replace the compressor (essentially the engine of the fridge). Anyway, after obliging, they came out and 'fixed' it and the fridge appeared to be working again. However, after two weeks, guess what? The fridge stopped working again (same problem). They come out and the tech literally nonchalantly let us know that they had used a second-rate Chinese compressor instead of an actual branded replacement. Anyway, they brought out yet another compressor and claimed this one 'should work'. Again a few weeks pass and fridge has the same issue. Tech comes out and says it's the fuse this time. Again we obliged. Two weeks later yet AGAIN the fridge quits working. Tech comes out and says it's the fan this time. (Very amusing that within two months, three completely separate components stop working). They charged us $300 for a simple fan (took them about 5 minutes). Then a few weeks later, fridge stops working again. Same guy comes out. Says refrigerant is low. (How the heck did that happen?) Now this brings us to December after so many back and forths. Guess what? You guessed it! Two weeks later the same problem arises (fridge not cooling). This time they schedule a tech that NEVER shows up. I called and they said their 'manager' Charles will give me a call back. No call for three straight days. Finally, after repeated calls from me and my husband questioning why the tech simply did not show, Charles calls. He gets heated when I question him and says we need to look elsewhere for service - this is literally the rudest, most unprofessional 'manager' I have ever talked to. When I asked him why didn't his tech show, he literally said, "You're asking me questions I don't have the answers to! You want me to fire him?! You want me to just go up to him and tell him to get the hell out?" (I realize this all sounds very surreal and shocking, but this is literally what happened.) In the end, we realized the tech was simply coming and topping up our fridge with refrigerant each visit, hence it would only last for the same two/two and a half weeks each time. Every single one of the so called 'repairs' were unnecessary and I am absolutely disgusted that any company can be so unscrupulous. Tragic that we wasted $1,000+ at this company. We ended up having to buy a new fridge.

My fridge and freezer went out. American Home Shield sent Mr Appliance of Rio Ranch. They came out 4 or 5 times trying to fix the fridge and it would break every time about two days after they fixed it. Finally they had a “senior tech” come look at the fridge. After the “senior tech” looked at it and they “fixed” it again it went out the next day. What is frustrating is this was over about a two month period of time my family had to be without a refrigerator or freezer. Instead of Mr Appliance telling AHS that the fridge was clearly not repairable they just kept trying and trying and it kept breaking and to let it go on for two months is unacceptable. Anyway, AHS wouldn’t do anything for me as long as Mr appliance was trying to fix an unrepairable fridge. So I cancelled AHS cause it’s a waste of money because they don’t do what they claim. I cancelled AHS before the last time Mr Appliance came to “fix” my fridge. So after the fridge went out again the last time I didn’t even bother telling Mr Appliance that it broke again. I couldn’t take it anymore so I ended up just going and buying my own new fridge. What a waste.

I had purchased a used refrigerator August of last year from a local appliance company which came with a 90 warranty, so be it when you make this type of purchase, I understand that. I made a call in search of repairs to the company I purchased it from and was told that they were not doing in home repairs because of the lack of employees, again I understand that. I found Mr. appliance after web search and called them. Let me just say if you need any appliance repairs, look no further. They came to my house and had the refrigerator running like new in less than 48 hours . Great company, from the scheduling to the repair technician, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Garcia fixed our refrigerator . The issue was it wasn’t keeping cool. He fixed the problem and also fix the refrigerator door handle without charging us.I will use them again in the future hopefully not for a long time.😊

Mr. Garcia came out to our home and diagnosised our refridgerator problem. He was very professional. Refridgerator needed a high pressure valve and freon. Everything was done in a timely manner and fridge is running great! I will definitely use this company again and come highly recommended. The only downside was that I never received the official invoice/bill.
