Prompt, knowledgeable, after less than 5mins checking out the problem discovered and fixed one refrigerator and ordered part for the other refrigerator. Great company . Already used them 2 other times for gas range/oven and microwave. Will use them again in future.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are very unethical. I placed a very specific repair order through KitchenAid that was sent to them. The service technician told me the concerns I submitted a request for where normal for the refrigerator and it was operating as intended… and all of this was said before he entered my home. He didn’t even diagnose or work on the service request item I requested. I called and spoke to a supervisor named Hope who said the call center would have had no idea the issue was a non-issue when scheduling the appointment. It’s unethical to show up at my house and charge me knowing there was not an issue and knowing a service call was not needed. It’s not my problem that the call center that sets up appointments doesn’t have the qualifications to tell me it’s a non-issue. I might can understand that part. What I don’t understand is how the technician reviewed my service request prior to the visit, made the determination before the appointment a service visit wasn’t needed, had the nerve to show up and tell me that and charge me anyways. Update to your response: you are ignoring the fact that the technician told me that there was nothing wrong with my refrigerator outside of my home and before entering my home for the very specific issue that prompted the service appointment I made. I have it all in writing too! You can paint whatever false narrative you would like. Since he was at my home I did say “well then since you’re charging me can you look at my icemaker.” I had an emergency AC company in my home that was witness to this so I don’t care about you bullying me about recordings and signatures. The bottom line is I was dealing with that emergency and wasn’t quick on my feet to ask him why he was at my door if he knew nothing was wrong with my refrigerator. And let’s not miss other important facts that what he thought he resolved was broken by morning (the panel light) and he said most likely he would find that my main refrigerator component that was discontinued would be the issue and in that case he could not repair the icemaker. It’s clear this company does not do the right thing. The fact of the matter is you should have never shown up to my home to collect money when you knew there was no issue with my refrigerator and I stand by this with documented facts of all that transpired BEFORE you arrived at my home. Prompting me for details of what I think the issue was and me mentioning I turned off the ice maker, etc. is irrelevant. Your technician reviewed everything BEFORE HE ARRIVED and TOLD ME there was not an issue …he did ZERO diagnostics on what prompted the service request and he told me that my refrigerator is supposed to do that. I also had a video of the issue and he didn’t want to see it because he was confident there was nothing wrong!!!!

We recently purchase a home in Southlake. Paperwork left by the previous owner indicated that Guinco had serviced our side-by-side built-in JennAir refrigerator. We decided to call them when we discovered the ice maker was not dispensing ice. The service call is $145. The serviceman discovered that the wiring had disintegrated because it was sitting in water. He said the part was no longer available and his response was, "Oh well, I guess you'll be buying a new $12K refrigerator." I researched other appliance repair companies and found a locally family-owned company. Their serviceman confirmed that the part was no longer available; however, he repaired the existing wiring. It also needed a new motor. $400 and our refrigerator is working perfectly fine.
