Servando is awesome and really cares about his clients. He knows how to fix all appliances and always goes above and beyond. He makes sure the job is done right and makes sure it is complete. He has worked on my refrigerator and dryer over the past couple years , and is a pleasure to work with. I wish all contractors were as thorough and as good at follow up as Servando!

Came very quickly with a very reasonable service fee. Got our frig ice maker working in short order, showing me what he was doing. Gave me the right place to buy a new water filter, taking a picture to be sure I bought the right one, and demonstrated how to replace it. All in good order now.

Do not use this company. They came to diagnose a loud noise in our refrigerator, they said they needed to replace the part, after waiting for the part, they came back and found they ordered the wrong part and we had to wait 2 more weeks for the right part. The technician replaced the part, and after he left, the ice maker stopped working and the refrigerator is not cooling efficiently. I called 3 times because they do not return phone calls. I asked for the owner or manager, and the person on the phone told me they could not give me that information. I will never recommend this company to anyone. A decent company should return phone calls, discuss the problem, and make things right. Not avoid the issue.

I would give Kevin of Mr. Appliance 6 stars if I could. First of all, Mr. Appliance was able to schedule our refrigerator repair in 1 day. Kevin arrived promptly in the morning, in the middle of the 2 hour window we were given. He was personable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained why are refrigerator had stopped cooling, called for the parts that were needed and was able to get them that day. He left to pick up the parts, returned and made the repairs. The price was reasonable and the service was top notch.

Mr. Appliance was the only company I could find to work on a residential refrigerator in a motorhome. Tech came out and identified the issue, provided a quote and ordered the part. Came back about a week later to install the part. The whole process was flawless. Tech was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and overall wonderful to work with. Highly highly recommend. Appreciated the texts indicating tech way on the way well within the two hour window provided. Overall, great experience.

Refrigerator/freezer was repaired quickly. Part that was needed for repair cost approximately $200…seemed to be too expensive.

My refrigerator wasn’t freezing and the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. He repairman, checked it out and told me whether it would cost. Was very professional and courteous and very knowledgeable on the refrigerator.

Richard, in my opinion, is very knowledgeable Frigidaire refrigerator repair technician. He phoned me with his approx. arrival time and actually came a little early. He got out his computer, read the “codes” and pretty quickly diagnosed my ice maker problem. He also told me his next repair step (circuit board replacement) if what he diagnosed happened not to be the final cure. He also asked if anything else was wrong with the fridge, which I appreciated. I hired Cool Breeze’s commercial department to help set up a walk in refrigerator for our business. I was under quite a time crunch and as soon as I called I was connected with Harlan. Harlan was an absolute rock star who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get the job done in the time frame I needed. He offered to come out the same day to inspect my cooler and provide me with a quote. I was unable to meet him then, so he went out of his way to meet me early the next morning. He gave me a quote on repairs and I was able to explain the rush I was in to have it completed. He told me that he couldn’t promise it would be done in the time I needed, but that he would do everything possible to make it happen (I only had 3 days before I needed all work completed). And that he did, he had his guys out later that day to begin work. Unfortunately the equipment I had already purchased was faulty so despite their hard work, the system failed after starting. Harlan gave me options to replace the broken parts, and worked with me to acquire them and install them only another day later Which was still before my deadline. He kept me informed the whole way along, and did not exceed the quoted amounts I was told. I cannot recommend Harlan or cool breeze refrigeration more. They were very competitively priced against other providers in the area, plus they were extremely prompt, responsive and knowledgeable regarding commercial refrigeration. I will use them for all my needs going forward and would recommend them to anyone needing refrigeration work.

He cannot fix LG refrigerators. He strung us along for over a month and never ordered the parts. Then he came out with the wrong part and said LG sent the wrong part. When I contacted LG, they said he never ordered the part. Lake appliance repair fixed in 2 weeks.

Mike was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and transparent through the whole process of fixing our refrigerator and freezer. He answered the phone (amazing to talk to a person right away!), and came out the next day. He had to come back a couple of times and always called and let us know the status and when to expect him. I HIGHLY recommend using him if needed. He really does a great job and was so easy and friendly to work with!

Made an arrangement 3 weeks before the time my new refrigerator was due to be delivered. He promised he would swing by before the delivery date. He did NOT do as he promised. I'd be very careful. I would not trust his word on things again. Your experience may vary. This was mine.
