We had Jeff look at our small refrigerator. After doing tests it was determined that it would cost more to repair than buy new. Jeff was honest about fixing it and gave recommendations as to where to buy new. He is also a vet, leaving his young family behind for months at a time. Thank you for your service.

Honest - knowledgeable - He added Freon to my refrigerator and let me know I did have a small leak. I would recommend him before you purchase a new one.

Appliance Repair Services did an excellent job of a minor problem that sounded horrible. I'm visiting my sister and her refrigerator started making a horrendous grinding noise. After exhausting my limited knowledge I contacted Jeff and explained the problem. He came out the next day and cleaned up the problem. The drain line had plugged up and ice was building up. Cannot recommend….called for Refrigerator repair (not cooling). Only added more Coolant and said “call me in the morning if it’s not cool “ Failed to diagnose or listen to our observations. After calling the next day, wanted me to wait until 4pm. When I questioned what he thought it was, and if he had parts on hand, he got defensive and said “I have to diagnose problem “ Got it serviced elsewhere the next day. The drain was clogged (which actually fixed itself since I was told to unplug, empty out and open doors overnight ). Worst part, the Coolant was not necessary and overfilled which could have blown the Compressor. Dodged the bullet on that. Don’t understand all the good reviews with such bad service. Would have stopped payment on the check but it was cashed same day. Have to question his business practice.

Our newer refrigerator had the circuit board go out on a Friday evening causing the fridge stop cooling. We called Hennadii on a Saturday morning and he came within 2 hours and had the problem fixed. We would absolutely use him again for any appliance repairs.

I cannot recommend Mr Skrypka’s service enough. My refrigerator went out late one evening. I called him the next morning on a Saturday (when all other repair shops were closed for the entire weekend) and he was out to my home within a couple of hours. He had the parts ordered later that afternoon and was back to fix it the evening the parts arrived in the mail. He even stopped by a few days after the repair to check to make sure all was functioning as it should with the repair. Extremely knowledgeable guy. Overly qualified to fix my refrigerator. Very nice personality. Very affordable compared to other repair shops. I can’t say enough about someone who shows some initiative and is willing to work in today’s world. I highly recommend him to anyone.

My refrigerator /freeze quit cooling. Hennadii was out the next morning and quickly told me the problem. He estimated parts, shipping and installation costs and advised me on what might be best for me. I went in search of a new refrigerator. Hennadii called me that evening to make sure I had found one.
