Jerome responded right away and scheduled time to come out to diagnose our fridge. He figured it out quickly and got the parts ordered that day. The very day the parts arrived he came and installed them. He was done in 2-3hrs and was totally happy to answer all my questions while he worked. Jerome is real friendly and down to earth. Great communication, punctual and very competitive pricing. Highly recommended and I will call him for all my future fridge needs.

Urgent Appliance is my hero. At around 4 o'clock on a Saturday I realize that my refrigerator was not working. The freezer was dead also and I had lots of meat that needed to be thrown out. I found urgent Appliance on the Internet and they were the only appliance store in my area that was open on a Saturday. A technician was sent to my house within three hours, and the price was more than fair. Five stars for urgent Appliance.

Our experience with Mr. Appliance has been extremely poor. At the least this company has terrible customer service. Based on our experience they are dishonest as well. On December 8, 2021 Ryan from Mr. Appliance came to our home to diagnose a problem with our refrigerator/freezer. It had been beeping and cycling on and off. Ryan told us the problem was some broken wiring on the bottom of the freezer door that was causing the sensor to go off. The repair for that was quoted at $220. The ice maker had also stopped working. It was going to be $352.73 to fix that. I made a quick call to my husband and we decided to fix both. I paid a $300 deposit toward both repairs. Shortly after Ryan left, my husband called back and after further discussion we decided to wait on fixing the ice maker. I called Mr. Appliance, spoke with Clint, canceled that portion of the repair, and was to be credited the $80 difference from our deposit. When Ryan returned late in the afternoon on December 23, to fix the wiring, my husband and I had a Christmas dinner to attend and left our son-in-law home to be here for the repair. When we returned home that night, we found that the refrigerator was making the same noise and cycling just as much, if not more, than before the repair. I called Mr. Appliance the next morning and was told that now that the wiring was fixed Ryan had been able to properly diagnose the problem and the motherboard needed to be replaced--a costly repair that would have refrigerator down a week or more. This was surprising to us, as Ryan had told us the wiring was the problem and had not mentioned that anything else was wrong with the refrigerator. Whether or not the motherboard or something else was bad, or a problem was created during the repair, we won't ever know as the refrigerator died altogether and we had to replace it. Of course we are not happy to have thrown away $220, but lesson learned. Even more frustrating is that--two full months later--we have not been refunded the $80 owed to us for the ice maker repair that was never done. I have repeatedly called and emailed Mr. Appliance about this and have never received a reply, nor has a credit come through on our card. We will never use this company again and warn anyone else considering Mr. Appliance that they are not honest and you may end up with a worse problem than you began with if they attempt a repair.

Jerry was very friendly. He educated me as he worked to diagnose the issue. He did not try to up sale me on anything and just let me know I needed a new refrigerator. He also took the time to discuss recommended maintenance on other appliances in my home.

James literally saved us hundreds of dollars because of his experience with Sub-Zero refrigerators. We almost scrapped the fridge and bought a brand new one ($$$$) but James asked to come and take a second look. He discovered that it was just a $400 replacement part.

We had them come out to look at our refrigerator. Easy fix, no parts, $150 for the service—which we had no problem with. We need to replace a knob on our cook top, so asked them how much the part is. Service tech took a photo of there serial number and looked it up. He wants $850 for the knob and the connecting part! No repairs done, other than looking up the part. Charges us $150 in addition to the other $150 just for looking up the part!!! Their policy says that any additional appliances would be $75 to work on while they are there. First of all, no repairs were done, but even if they feel justified in tagging that on to looking up the part, it would be the $75. We asked why the extra $150. Their response was, "Because it's a Viking its a premium appliance so we charge more"! They just lost all our business and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone! BEWARE!

My repairman Taylor came over the next morning after calling to make an appointment. I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come over. I had actually called 2 other places 1st before calling here. The 1st call referred me elsewhere but I did not call them. The 2nd call I made didn’t service my area. So Mr Appliance of Provo was meant to be. Taylor worked on my dryer and had the part in his truck and fixed it the same day. Then he looked at the freezer of my older side by side refrigerator/freezer. A part had to be ordered which he was back the next morning and fixed it. I highly recommend Mr Appliance of Provo! I think they are honest and not price gouging me. I do not know what others would have charged but my decision to go with Mr Appliance was based off of reviews of everyone I considered. I was impressed how Mr Appliance responded to the negative reviews with proof of phone call conversations, etc. Very professional company and very polite!

There is actually no shop ,we offered to take it into the shop but no shop existed so he came to the house he took out 2 pieces of therefrigerator and charged us 80 bucks when we call them back to replace the parts,it they never responded we did this for 2 years and finally through the refrigerator away.

I really appreciated the professional way David addressed the issue of a refrigerator in one of my rentals. David came out once for a service call. We couldn’t replicate the sound of the refrigerator but he asked us to send a recording of it to him when we heard it again. We did this. He never responded. We have called or texted at least 20 times with no response. I hope he’s OK but his phone mail will not take a message and he has never reached back. We were extremely disappointed. He talked as if he knew what The possible fixes were but we can’t seem to get any response from him.

Was very impressed at first with ability to come out same day to look at LG fridge, but was told it was not the compressor, and that if the issue wasn't fixed overnight by what he did, it was likely the motherboard. After he reset something and was very helpful while here, he left. The next morning I called to let him know it hadn't cooled down and got told he would look into a new motherboard and get back to me, I reached out several times and never heard back about getting one. We couldn't go much longer with no fridge so we ended up buying a brand new and found a board on eBay on our own to try and resell to help with the cost of the new one, swapped out the board and it didn't fix the problem. We just called a different repair guy who swapped the compressor immediately and said it had never been a board issue. So now we have bought a new fridge (unnecessarily) and paid 2 repair guys for only one of them to seem to have interest in helping us save money.
