Horrible experience. The company was scheduled through AHS. The technician didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He didn’t run any diagnostics or check it out. Then after leaving and returning a couple of times, he said it was fixed and would make ice by the next day. I found later that He left the switch turned off. When it didn’t work, I called them to come back. The second visit, He spent less than 5 minutes the and then lied to the home warranty company that it was a previous existing problem. 2 weeks later they say I need a refrigerator door for $1010. It was working 3 days before …so ridiculous. What a waste of time off from work to meet them and $125 service fee.

I've used AGB appliance to repair an old refrigerator and a washer, and just called them to diagnose a problem with my new refrigerator. They have been fairly priced every time. Andrew has been my technician each time I've called them, and he has been amazing. He is punctual (even early sometimes), efficient, kind, very knowledgeable, and very clear about his diagnoses. Today, he diagnosed the problem and recommended I call the manufacturer so I could get the repair done under warranty (which maybe seems obvious, but I have had OTHER repair companies in the past do a repair that could have been done under warranty, charge me, and then tell me after the fact). I trust Andrew implicitly.

I called AGB Appliance and had a tech come out to see why my Whirlpool Refrigerator struggled dispensing water. We had to wait a day for the part but the technician Andrew came out and did the repair efficiently and was done within 20 mins. I highly recommend giving AGB Appliance a try they know what they’re doing.

Both ice makers in my refrigerator were not working. I called Friday afternoon and set an appointment for Saturday morning. Igor arrive on time at 9 and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues. He was able to take care of both with expert skill without the need of additional parts. I have added Ed Service to my phonebook and they will be my first call for any appliance repair.

I don't usually write reviews but this company is definitely worth a review! From the fast and quick response I got to the efficiency and professionalism this company has. My refrigerator has down for several days and most of my food went to waste. Most of companies gave me a far date for a schedule fix. But SNAP answered, dispatched, and fixed my refrigerator the same day! I highly recommend it for any repair needed for you appliances!

The $139 service call was already steep, but I agreed since it would be waived if I chose to go ahead with a repair. Had a tech come out the next day to take a look at my refrigerator that isn't cooling properly, which was great. The estimate I was given was for over $500. Nearly $150 of that is the part, which I found for $20 from the manufacturer. The rest is labor. I could almost buy a new refrigerator for the amount that these people would have charged to fix mine. Insane! You guys got your $139. Never using them again and will NEVER recommend then to anyone else.

Prompt response, but was not able to complete the repairs needed. The technician came out multiple times, ordering, replacing parts, etc. He would leave saying it's fixed and that the refrigerator/freezer will get cold again. Only for me to have to call back the next day saying it's not fixed. They finally said there was nothing else they can do? And committed to giving me a full refund. I could never get a 'Manager' or some one in charge to actually call me back. I could only call the 'dispatcher' or the technician. Still waiting on my refund.

Took over a month to get my refrigerator kind of fixed. The hole this was out freezer and refrigerator. They fixed the freezer but did not know how to fix the refrigerator. The communication was terrible until I got a hold of a supervisor. now they have spoken with GE and even the manufacture apparently cant tell them how to fix it. Just understand that is you go with Longhorn if they do not have the part in it will add a week to your repair time. If that part doesn't fix it then add another week. Then if they order the wrong part it will be another week. This experience was terrible!!!

You definitely want to stay away from this company! A total rip off!!! They came out to work on one of my rental homes refrigerators in Plano. They told my tenants it needed a sensor. The tech told my tenants he would call me. My tenants said he is calling you now. The tech never called me with a diagnosis or never sent me a quote. Since I could not get them to respond I had to get another company out to look at the refrigerator and they told me it did not need a sensor it needed Freon and they added Freon and it’s cooking fine. Then on Wednesday morning three days later this company wants to charge me $139.64 for misdiagnosing the problem with the refrigerator. A total scam!!! Stay away!!!!

I called Mark’s Appliance Repair because of their excellent reviews. I have a Samsung French door refrigerator with upper and lower ice maker. The ice maker has been disconnected for 6 years, but the refrigerator has been in use during this time. We moved the refrigerator to a different area and hooked up the icemaker. Only the bottom one started making ice and then quit after one day. A technician came out the next day and concluded the top one was good and started working. He said the bottom one was bad with some kind of clog and it would involve taking out the whole mechanism and replacing a part at a cost of $250.00. Since he said the top one was good, we decided not to spend any extra. That evening the bottom one started producing ice, bot the top one never did start producing ice. He charged $250.00 which was paid. I still have not received any kind of receipt. The problem was misdiagnosed by your technician so I would not recommend your company for any kind of repair.

They were quick to respond, available at a time that worked with my schedule, and did an excellent job fixing our refrigerator.
