Vladimir, from Phoenix Appliance Services, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Our refrigerator was slowly getting warmer everyday. When we called, he responded quickly and then came soon afterwards. He was able to quickly diagnose the situation which, in our case, was a fan that stopped working. Vladimir even had the part with him and was able to repair our refrigerator on the spot. The refrigerator is working well again! The price was fair for the parts and labor and Vladimir applied the service call fee toward the repair costs. Vladimir is a neat and efficient worker who is very knowledgeable, plus he runs his company professionally while being extremely personable. I appreciate his high customer care standards and I will definitely be calling him again the next time I need an appliance repair.

Look elsewhere!!!!! When my fridge went out Vlad, the owner, came to my rescue but could not perform the work stating he had been weakened by a prior Covid infection. He had to enlist me to help him. Then we had to enlist my neighbor to help him. Finally Vlad called his wife to come help him. Finally he tells me the fridge is repaired and he swiftly leaves with my check in hand. I go to check on the fridge and find he has left water in the floor and didn’t push the fridge back in place. I clean up the water but notice the fridge is not cooling. Then I spend time on the phone with Vlad trying to diagnose the problem. Suddenly there is a jet engine noise in my kitchen. It’s the refrigerator. Another call to Vlad. He returns the next day with another repair man. They get the fridge working but now the ice maker is no longer working. There was nothing wrong with the ice maker before I called him?? The flooring must now be replaced because it has buckled. During the repair he used my kitchen shears, a serrated steak knife and a serving spoon in an attempt to remove the damper control (no, I’m not kidding!). He refuses to give me a clear answer about what further work had to be done the second day. There’s more but your get the picture. Folks, save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere.

Chase was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and professional. When he came out this week he explained exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator and laid out options for how we could choose to handle it. He also came out a year or so ago to help with our dryer and was able to fix that perfectly, as well. Prices are also reasonable- no gouging like we’ve felt from some other service companies.

Chase from Mr Appliance came this morning as scheduled. He confirmed as I thought that my compressor went out on my refrigerator. He explained what he had to do and order the part. He conveyed to me the price to repair my 5 year old refrigerator. I decided to repair. His service rate and repair rate was very reasonable as I had searched the cost of repairing as well called another local repair company and they gave me a cost of almost $300 more than Chase’s cost. Chase came as promised after receiving new compressor and installed it within an hour and informing me of how the LG will turn itself on and begin cooling again. It went just as he stated. am Very pleased and happy with his professionalism and quality service. This is the 2nd time I have used his services and I am very pleased.

Even though I didn't use Richard for my refrigerator repair, he was very honest with me . I could have spent money on a repair, but Richard is very honest and telling me it's best for me to buy a new refrigerator . He could have taken money but he didn't. I recommend him as a honest repair person.

Allstar Refrigeration provided good services and were very professional.

I used to use Allstar Refrigeration. Joe was our rep who came out and worked on our AC handler. It was in the middle of summer in AZ and we had a 6-month-old. It took a month for them to send someone out who wasn’t just flushing Freon through our broken ac unit. They charged us for each flush, even though we asked them several times to search for a different solution. We asked JMAC to come out, and they fixed the entire issue in 1 day. After going through the HR administrator at Allstar, after being “reassured” time and time again that the issue would get fixed, we were forced to live in a house in the middle of the summer with no ac and a few fans that Allstar provided to us. Allstar is completely incompetent, and there are no words to describe how incredibly frustrating it was to try to keep a 6-month-old cool in our house for a month when it really only took a day to fix the issue.

Allstar Refrigeration has done AC and Heating system work for me and and has been very reliable, honest and competitive with other good similar companies. And I do recommend this company Allstar Refrigeration

I had a difficult issue with my Viking refrigerator. I thought I would have to spend 12Gs for a new fridge, but these guys identified the issues, problem solved and ultimately repaired it. It was expensive, but much less expensive than a new fridge. Also, the workers were very polite, answered my questions and seem honest even to a skeptic like me who generally does not trust skilled craftsmen.

Brad came out the same day and fixed our refrigerator quickly. He originally thought we would need a new control board, but then figured out it was a much less expensive part that needed to be replaced. We’re so happy we didn’t need to buy a new refrigerator or pay for expensive parts, and Brad got it up and running fast. Thank you!!

I'm a GM at a local Jimmy John's and our store has been having failing equipment over the winter, but our buddies at Platinum Refrigeration show up in a timely manner to get things done. Oscar has been in our store a few times, for different things and he's never disappointed. He gets the job done along with a professional and courteous attitude to go with it!

UPDATE: They refunded me. The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing. They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me. Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

I had the best experience with AccuTemp. They installed my new AC unit and it was seamless. The two men who were her installing the unit were the best. Anthony and Randel were the most awesome guys. Mr. Appliance is top notch! Joe is the tech that was dispatched to our home for a failed refrigerator. The home shield last fall wasted our time for 3 months and they could not fix it correctly. The refrigerator finally failed for the 4th time. The home shield co. sent Mr Appliance this time and we were taken care of. Joe did some testing and had to return the next day with some dye to detect leaks. Joe pronounced it dead and not repairable. We made a deal to the home shield company, we were offered brand new unit for a like replacement or actual cash value. We took the cash for our 15 year old unit we got $1650.00. Mr Appliance helped get it filed for revue quickly, we only had to wait 3 days to make the decision and we took the cash. Our new unit is on the way!! Was able to get my refrigerator repaired the same day I called. They were a little bit busy so he didn’t show up until the evening, but he texted before hand. He was very professional, and did great work.

My built-in fridge went kaput the week I got COVID. Joe Apocada showed up on time and got the part installed within a week of ordering it, saving us a lot of money and headache!! He also told me stuff I can buy to do yearly maintenance on my own to keep it going. Mr Appliance is a keeper if I have other issues with appliances. Hopefully not too soon though!

Our refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling well. Ilya diagnosed the problem and added freon. He couldn't find a leak; he said the refrigerator probably left the manufacturer with low freon. Ilya was prompt, fast, and very professional.

Our LG Refrigerator was no longer getting cold. Ilya came to our house at the agreed upon timeframe and got it working as good as new!!!

If possible, I wouldn't award a single star. The technician lacks the expertise to repair or diagnose issues with the refrigerator. To avoid headaches, save time, and protect your finances, seek out a more honest and dependable company.It appears that the company might be a scammer.

I called the business to repair my refrigerator. They came and told me that is was frozen over . So to fix it, he unplugged the refrigerator and told me to let it defrost for 24 hours and plug it back in. After 24 hours I plugged back in and it still would not work. I called him back as he said the service call would be applied to the repair and to call him back if that did not work. He never returned my call so I am out a service fee for unplugging my refrigerator. I do not recommend ro anyone!
