I am the owner of a restaurant chain with plenty of kitchen and refrigeration equipment. I've worked with several service companies and always had difficulties when repairing equipment. When our LG refrigerator went out, we needed to get it fixed right away. All of our food was going bad. Master Appliance said that they could be out the next morning. Rami showed up, did a thorough diagnosis and a consultation with what he thinks the result would be. Super communicative! Super professional! He even understood how to approach the LG warranty. These guys are An excellent value for the money. I felt like I was in good hands. The refrigerator works great with no hassle.

The temperature of our refrigerator was not going down. We called two different companies, and both recommended contacting the manufacturer since they couldn't identify the exact issue. The technician from this company came the very next day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the same day at a great price. I made a call at 7:53pm because my refrigerator stopped working. Thomas was at my house the next morning at 7:15a. He had the part and repaired my refrigerator/freezer on the spot, my groceries were saved! I asked him to look at my ice maker while he was here. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and a week later, he was back and repaired it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone and everyone. Very professional, on time and very quick to respond.
