Brian repaired the seal on the freezer section of my 40+ year-old Kenmore refrigerator. He also found an OEM replacement on e-bay for the discontinued part which I ordered in case it happens again. Both Brian and his wife who answers the phone and set up the appointment are very thorough and professional. I'm very impressed.

We have had an issue with our refrigerator for a while now. Basically when we used the water dispenser it would leak on the inside of the freezer. Bryan was super helpful in diagnosing and fixing the problem. Fast service and very knowledgeable about everything. He even asked me about any other appliance I had and if I had questions. I can't say enough about the knowledge, professionalism, and overall excellent client experience provided by Master Technician Kyle Skaggs. The freezer section of our 2 year-old Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator was not freezing properly. It displayed an H-1 error on the freezer side. Kyle did a thorough review of the appliance and was able to determine the issue. He gave us an overview of the diagnosis, quoted us a fair price and repaired it. Kyle left his card and information. My refrigerator was under warranty, so price wasn’t a factor, but I can attest to this company’s professionalism, knowledge, and quality. Chris was able to help me with my new LG refrigerator by taking time to explain the noise it makes (feeler arm is VERY loud on the counter depth LG,, 3-door design model with ice maker in the lower level freezer). I’m going to have to live with that sound—that I can hear from another room—even with the TV on, but I was satisfied with Chris taking time to explain how those lower level ice makers function and why some are so noisy. I’m still surprised that the sound is so loud, but I’m willing to live with it until I remodel my kitchen and move this one to the basement. Chris was very helpful in discussing brands and giving me his opinion about which ones he would recommend.

I had a good experience purchasing a used fridge from Mr Fixit. I followed the directions given by the delivery team not to plug it in for four hours. After that I plugged it in an waited for the temperature to stabilize as stated within the unit on a label. Everything works great and the ice maker works. Saved hundreds of dollars compared to a new refrigerator thanks to MrFixit. Will be a returning customer when the time comes for another appliance.

After 2 1/2 weeks of total frustration with big box store that we bought a new refrigerator from, we still had new fridge waiting for installation in the garage.. I texted Mr. Fix It and within 2 hours Kevin and Johnny arrived at our house and the refrigerator was installed in no time at all. I have a 50 year old refrigerator that has been in the family and I have used as a beverage fridge forever. It was no longer staying cold and I figured there was no way I would ever get it working again. I called Everyday Appliance Repair and Dave came out as scheduled and gave me a very reasonable bid. He worked hard to find the parts needed and he replaced the broken parts and it is working better than ever now! I will use Everyday for all of my appliance needs from here on out!

Had Dave out today (2/2/2023)to repair my refrigerator. Could not be happier with his service. 1st, he was on time! 2nd, Immediately understood what the issue was with my refrigerator. 3rd, Had the parts on hand to fix the issue. 4th, was done in like 40 minutes, if that. 5th, Very reasonably priced. Any negatives? He had a K-State on. Rock Chalk! lol. But seriously, I would give him 6 stars if I could.

David came and took a look at my fridge and dryer. Ordered a part for the fridge and said he'd be able to fix both two days later when the part arrived. The part arrived the next day so he came and fixed the fridge, but found out that his initial assessment of the dryer was incorrect, and that it would cost quite a bit. Advised me it would might make more sense to buy a new one, which is what I opted to do given that it was around 13 years old. Fridge repair was cheap compared to a new one, and I appreciated that he didn't just fix the dryer without explaining that more parts would likely need to be replaced soon. He probably saved me a few hundred bucks. Oh, and he diagnosed another issue with the fridge! He explained that the water and ice maker probably weren't working well because of a plumbing issue, and told me what to look for. Between the two visits he explained several things to watch for, and he was correct about all of them. Both trips combined probably amounted to about 30 minutes. They will definitely be my go to service for appliance repair from now on.
