Has no intention of fixing anything. Lied that the cost of the part would be $600, when it is free from LG. Also stated labor would be additional. Told me I needed a new Refrigerator when LG will cover parts and labor for five years! This is for a compressor. Sad. The lights in the refrigerator worked fine before he was here. Now the refrigerator shorts out when I try to plug it in.

Excellence Appliance Repair is very prompt in response to appliance issues. My refrigerator went out @430pm on a Monday evening. I called & Artem (service tech) was at my home to check the refrigerator Tuesday morning at 10am. This was the day before Hurricane Milton. Part was ordered and replaced by 10am the following Friday. Absolutely great service! My refrigerator started making a concerning loud mechanical sound on a Saturday. I called Action Appliance Repair and spoke with David who reorganized his schedule. Within a couple of hours, David had the situation diagnosed to a malfunctioning control board. He ordered the part and by Monday afternoon, my refrigerator was back to new! I thought I was going to be without a refrigerator for some time, but David made sure that wasn't the case. I came home from work today at 7:00 pm and found everything in my freezer thawing out. I called the name brand company of the refrigerator to schedule an emergency repair and was told the next available appointment was going to be 6 days out. I am beyond grateful for this company! My older refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. I scheduled a service call for the next day. The tech could have easily told me I needed to replace several expensive parts and charged me an arm and a leg. Instead, he spent several hours disassembling and cleaning the essential parts. My fridge is back up and running again! The charge was around $250 for several hours of intense work. I consider that to be an excellent value. Needless to say, I am pleased with their service and will recommend them to others. I will also use them again should the need arise.

They only came out just to hear my refrigerator and knew before they got there that it was not fixable. Then charged me $65 just to be at my home for 5 minutes. I guess we have to still pay they are running a business.

I called Conway Appliance Repair to look at our refrigerator. The owner, Mark, came out and was in my house for less than 5 minutes, told me to call to see if it was under warranty and left - seriously gave me no other information at all. I was charged $85 for less than 5 minutes of his time and for a very unhelpful experience. When I finally decided to call to address my concerns regarding their service and to see if they could waive the $85 charge, the woman that I spoke with argued with me and made me feel like it was my fault the experience wasn’t helpful. She agreed to talk to the owner about my concerns and said she’d call me back to follow up. She never returned my call and instead sent me another bill a month later.
