I called John early Monday morning about my LG refrigerator/freezer not cooling. He responded back to me and set up a same day appointment. He arrived during the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem to be the compressor. He immediatley called LG and completed a parts claim and received the approval ASAP. He scheduled to pick up the parts and returned the next morning to complete the repair. Everything went as John described and the refrigerator is working perfect. John is pretty amazing. Our Samsung freezer Completely stopped working and everything was a mess… I called him and he came that very day and stayed until probably 9 PM. It was a huge confusing job and most other people would have given up I’m sure. This morning both the refrigerator and the freezer are working, but to be honest, even if they weren’t working i would recommend him anyways. He did everything in his power to make it happen for me, and I truly truly appreciate it. He is extremely knowledgeable And reliable and I would call him again for any appliance in a heartbeat.
