I had a different company previously work on my refrigerator. Lon story short they quit the job after being told it was not working with the new parts. Advanced defiantly costs more for the service fee but, in my eyes it was worth it. Jeff was able to diagnose what went wrong with the previous install. The customer service skills and responsiveness were top notch. Now my refrigerator is working good as new!

When the repairman arrived, I told him that my concern was that I do not hear the refrigerator fan running. I was told that the refrigerator had a Freon leak, so the fan wouldn't run. So, then without guarantee, I paid $325 to have the Freon topped off; now, this was with a disclaimer that refill could last, 1 hour to months, there was no way to tell because he couldn't identify the leak. I was told to wait 12 to 18 hrs for the temperature to cool. The unit NEVER cooled. After having another maintenance team come out and assess the unit, it was found that the fan is not working. If the fan isn't working properly, it can affect the overall temperature distribution within the refrigerator, which indirectly impacts the refrigerant (Freon) readings, especially if the system is struggling to maintain the correct temperature. In most cases, if a refrigerant leak is present, the fan will still run. The fan's primary function is to circulate air over the condenser coils to facilitate heat exchange, regardless of the refrigerant level. Overall, I am not pleased with the service. Had I had all the information about the condition of the unit, I would have made a better decision about how to spend $325 on a unit that still did not cool and ultimately had to be replaced. I essentially feel duped out of $325. *UPDATE: The owner, Dennis, contacted me personally to acknowledge and discuss my experience. I appreciate his candor and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a gesture of goodwill, I was refunded the cost of the repair. Had a refrigerator that went on the blink and blindly called Comfort Appliance because they had helped us with our dryer in the distant past. Our tech arrived two hours early! and got right to work. And it was A LOT of work. He worked for an hour and a half clearing a ton of salt that was in all the lines. The tech asked permission before each step, advised us what he was doing and why. And the charge was reasonable, which meant this was a win on all counts. Thank you, Comfort Appliance!

We called to have our LG refrigerator looked at since it was not cooling any longer. The refrigerator was purchased 4 1/2 years ago. Technician came out took a very brief look at the refrigerator and said it was the compressor but it was out of warranty....was told LG only has 1 yr warranty. Then he said the expense of fixing it would be too much and best to just get a new refrigerator. After he left we decided to look up warranty on our LG frig. Glad we did. It is a 5 year warranty and we called LG that same day. They took all our information and had someone out in 2 days. It was the compressor and the LG tech fixed it on the spot......no charge, not even a service fee. I was told that Lee is not an authorized company to do warranty work on LG. That should have been told to us when we called and the technician should know this information. The moral of this, call your manufacturer first to check on warranty and who they recommend for service even if it is not under warranty. That Lee technician almost cost us a new refrigerator. We did pay a service fee to Lee for coming out to look at the refrigerator.

Outstanding company in every respect. Identified a slow leak in our 15 year old HVAC system, topped off the refrigerant, and cut our electric bill by 30%. Their annual maintenance plan is excellent. All 3 techs that we've interacted with have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Happy to share information. On time. Efficient. Reasonable pricing for the services rendered. I had a refrigerator installed today and needed the door hinges switched to the other side. After a contracted delivery person hastily installed it and wouldn't do this, as promised, the owner, Paul, came out after hours to complete the job. Even though he was on his way home, he made sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this business as the customer service was exceptional!

Have had such great experiences with Peace of Mind; a great refrigerator, then a dryer. It had problems at about 6 months after purchase, but they sent a tech to check it out and it was taken care of so quickly. I recommend them highly. Wonderful caring people.

Lorenzo was amazing delivering my refrigerator. He brought it up a flight of stairs by himself and did not scratch the fridge or my floors. He switched the fridge doors from right to left, which I asked them to do before it was delivered. He was kind and courteous. This is the second time I’ve used A piece of mind, they are top notch!!
