Called this morning, Tuesday at 8 a.m. and made the earliest possible appointment for Thursday. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I lost a large amount of the food in there. Taylor and Paul came the same day when a time slot opened up around 5:30 p.m. By 6:15 I was fixed and by 9:15 I was able to move everything that was salvageable back into the fridge. Excellent response time and customer service. Straight forward pricing and answered any questions I had. Would highly recommend this two man outfit to anyone!

In the past, we have used ACAR, Inc. for a few repairs. During a phone call earlier this week, Taylor was able to diagnosis our refrigerator problem before coming out, ordered the part and installed it a day later. We also asked to have the back of the refrigerator vacuumed on the same visit (which needed it!). On time, courteous, knowledgeable and great customer service. He arrived on time and even after making the repairs that were needed, he spent a lot of time making sure that leveling was correct, Before he left he checked to make sure that we did have any other issues with the refrigerator I would highly recommend their service.
