I called and they came right over, fixed the problem in just a few minutes by adjust something on my fridge door that I never knew was there. They ran the whole process smoothly and with high professionalism. I would definitely suggest these to anyone who has gone through similar fridge tribulations!

My refrigerator started getting warm and wanted to see if it would be fixed instead of replaced. Alex, the technician, showed me that the coils were completely filthy and full of dust. He cleaned it all up and a few hours later it was cooling up again. He did a wonderful job.

I needed my refrigerator looked at as it stopped cooling. The Company sent out a person who was unqualified to work with freeon. He also misdiagnosed the issue saying I had a freeon leak. I hired another company that determined there was no leak and freeon was circulating because of the sound it makes in the back of the freezer. (2nd diagnosis rep opened freezer door, and took the back cover off to determine this. Don't hire this Company for your refrigerator needs. They can't do the job in one visit and will upcharge to make their money back on the second trip. I still had to pay the 99.00 service fee .

Unbelievable service. Fixed refrigerator. Then microwave. Microwave was a difficult repair but she continued trying and researching. Until the 3 rd visit when she solved and avoided buying a new built in mictowave

My refrigerator was broken. I called the service. Technician Nathan came out in a timely fashion. He was polite, friendly and offered explanation of everything he was doing. I have had to call My Appliance Repair Pro a few times. They were awesome. So much so when my ice maker seized, I knew who to call. Paul had patience as he heard my saga as to th3 events that transpired. Then he dug in to resolve the problem! I was convinced I would need a new fridge, but Paul went above and beyond, coming out 4 days in a row to get it done! I am happy to report the ice maker is functioning perfectly! One of the best technicians (Adam) I have ever had. He was so very kind and patient, answered all my questions. In 2023 we bought a refrigerator from Hillside and had a good experience. Based on this, in 2025 we had them look at our wine fridge that was not getting cold. Told us it could be repaired but given its age suggested a new one would be better. They promised to email estimates of repair cost and new unit cost. Sent new unit info and I asked them to send cost of a different brand - it was never sent. Also never sent the repair cost info. Poor service, so I shall look elsewhere in future.

Saul very quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator where a ventilation flap was stuck shut and it has to be replaced or could keep getting stuck open or shut. So relieved. He could quickly see what my model of my Maytag refrigerator needed with his technical information on iPad kind of thing. Christina was also really nice on the phone. Thank you Hillside!

I wasn't able to use Jerry's help this time, but I was so impressed, I had to leave a good review. I called early on a Monday morning, which I now know is the busiest day of the week—as appliance repair companies catch up with all the requests for service that came in over the weekend. I left a message and received a call back within an hour. When I explained the issue with my refrigerator, Jerry said he wouldn't be able to perform the work, due an existing injury. But he referred me to another vendor he trusted. Later, I wasn't sure I'd contacted the right phone number, so I got in touch with Jerry to make sure. Fully knowing he wouldn't make a dime from helping me, he took the time to confirm the phone number, and then he went even further by giving me some advice on what I could do to keep the food in my refrigerator cold until I heard back from his recommended technician. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received. We weren't able to connect this time, but I won't bother looking for any other repair services in the future. I'm not even a customer yet, but Jerry just made a customer for life.

I highly recommend Felix. I was able to get a same day service call for my refrigerator that wasn't properly cooling. The technician who came out, Cody, was awesome. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After being told the compressor was bad, I decided it was time to just buy a new refrigerator versus the expense of a repair. I appreciate Cody taking the time for the service call and diagnostics, despite not using the company for a repair. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The defrost drain of my freezer clogged up, causing a leak in my refrigerator and so I placed a message to several companies on Yelp and Felix was the only company to reply. We scheduled for Gary to come out between 1-3 on Tuesday. Gary called me on Tuesday and said he could come earlier than that if it was OK. Gary showed up at 12. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes! The cost was a lot less than I expected and Gary said he was confident with what was causing the issue that he warrantied the repair for a year. I can't believe that there is a company like Felix today that gets things done for all the right reasons. Thank you Gary so much for all of your help. He was honest, hard working, quick and efficient. I will definitely use Felix again in the future. Felix, you're going in my contacts in my phone!

I SO appreciate these guys! Had an issue with my fridge in June. Home warranty company sent out a different company who barely looked at the unit and blew it off (said to unplug the fridge for 2 days then plug if back in...really?). No surprise - fridge had the same issue again this week so had to pay warranty company another service fee. Thankfully they sent A-Quality Refrigeration! We went through our Home warranty Old Republic Home Services for someone to fix our refrigerator. Usually I am almost always disappointed with who they send out. Not this time. We had to have a new refrigerator fan installed that had to be ordered and I had no expectations as to when it would come in. They came out on a Tuesday and the fan was installed on a Friday. Hired Rick to repair our refrigerator. It was a nightmare. Turned our fridge into scrap. Always late; often hours late. Didn't show at all multiple times. Always unprepared; short on supplies, equipment failures, etc. Had to come back over a dozen times, often staying until 9pm or later. Once had to borrow money from me to replace broken equipment. 100+ days later and fridge still doesn't work. Had to purchase a new one. Rick won't reimburse us for his total failure. Do not hire!

Rick worked on my refrigerator. Not only was Rick on time, but he was very knowledgeable about refrigeration. He located the problem and let me know the repair price up front. Rick repaired problem quickly. He also did his repair without disturbing me while I was working in the other room.
