Carlos was a lifesaver. My refrigerator stopped cooling sometime during the night and I woke up to a dead fridge in the morning. Made the mistake of using one of those “services” online to find an applicable repair person … huge mistake. The guy they set me up with never showed, never returned phone calls or texts. In desperation, I found 𝘔𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 online and called Carlos. What a difference! Carlos patiently and politely listened to my sob story and then found time in his busy schedule to schedule an appointment with me a day later. Carlos is an incredibly thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable professional. He diagnosed my issue, fixed the problem, and went out of his way to ensure that I understood everything. This just may be the single most professional repairman I’ve ever done business with … and I’m old, so that’s saying a lot! 😊 I cannot recommend this man highly enough – he’s wonderful, and he works on all kinds of appliances. When I called they came the same day and made arrangements with my busy schedule. Fernando did a great job solving the problem and fixing my refrigerator. The price was reasonable and he found the part and came back two days later. I was very satisfied with the service.
