Enzo was able to come out on the same day I requested an appointment. He was responsive and friendly. He found a disconnected cable in our Viking refrigerator/freezer and defrosted the buildup that the problem had caused. He also zip tied the cable so it wouldn’t detach again. It was great to have someone out so quick and have a distinct problem diagnosed and resolved for a reasonable price.
