Your service tech, Jeff showed up on time. He was polite and very pleasant. We discussed the problem and he went right to work diagnosing the problem. He located the problem, explained to me why it was operating incorrectly. Jeff gave me an estimate of the repair. I approved it. Jeff started in on the repair and completed it in short order. He replaced the faulty parts,, melted and removed all the ice leaving a clean and running refrigerator. If I my fridge needed another repair I would call and ask for Jeff.
