We've had Victor do repairs on our old heater and our current Master Cool. Every time we've had an issue he's our go to guy. He was the one who helped us decide on the Master Cool. He's always looked out for our best needs. We wanted to upgrade from the Master Cool to a new refrigerated air unit. Victor did his homework on what would work better for our needs. Like, what help with allergies and with dust. Victor sold us on the American Standard Gold Series. Top of the line, with all its bells and whistles. We decided to go with this unit. Victor ordered it. Once it arrived he let us know. So we could make room for it. We are extremely excited. Victor, would ask if he could come by and work on the insulation every day. Victor even referred us to a electrician who he's worked with. Victor is extremely professional and every knowledgeable on all the units he installs. Victor is very quiet, but an extremely hard working man. We can't wait until we can actually use the new unit. Thank you Victor for all the work you did. It's so refreshing to find a repair business that is trustworthy and interested in customer satisfaction. Joe responded to my request for help with my refrigerator. He showed up when he said he would for the diagnosis and identified the problem. After receiving the part, he let me know when he would show up, calling ahead to make sure I was home. He took care of the problem for a reasonable fee and even had his co-worker clean up the gunk that had leaked underneath one of the glass shelves!

Very happy with the service I received today from Joe and Josh in repairing my refrigerator today. They arrived around the time we agreed upon and were knowledgeable and professional. I wish I had called them sooner.

They do not know how to wire and install a/c units properly. I had them installed a new unit in December I hadn’t turned it on because it was to cool in December. I tried turning it on last month and it didn’t work. They had told me there work has a 1 year warranty but when I call they told me know I only had a 30 day warranty! I was like no you told me a 1 year plus it a brand new unit that was never turned on! The owner refused to send a service person to look at it until I paid them $100. Long story short I had to have a different company come and fix there mess. So if your looking at five star refrigeration my suggestion is to run run far way. Any other company can do better then them.

Five Star Refrigeration definitely went the extra mile for me. My heater went out early January, when temperatures were about 11 degrees in Las Cruces. I started with another local popular company. The part to fix my issue was hard to get and the other company said they solely use only one supplier and it was going to take 30-60 days for the part to arrive. After being without heat for over a couple of weeks, another HVAC company that didn't do this type of repair recommended Five Star Refrig. They diagnosed the same problem. They researched multiple suppliers and did everything in their power to get the part to arrive by shipping in a few days. Easy to work with, kept me up to date, would return calls, and price was even lower than the first company I started with! Had a great experience with Five Star Refrigeration. My neighbor was having some work done and wouldn't you know it my capacitor for my AC Condenser just went out. Dispatch was able to have Kurston jump right over to my place, pop in a new capacitor and good as new! Kurston was super professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. Albert was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. He diagnosed a burnt out electric motor in one of our A/C units, and immediately called to ascertain if the warehouse had a replacement. They did, and he quickly retrieved the replacement as well as a new fan. After installing the replacement, Albert checked our other unit to determine its condition.
