Erick from Mr. Appliance did an awesome job fixing our refrigerator's freezer issues. We have a Liebherr CS2062 fridge, and the freezer had stopped staying cold. Liebherr didn't have service available directly in our area and I'd tried a few local places to see if they could fix it and they told me they didn't work on Liebherr products. I was going to give up, but called Mr. Appliance and thankfully they were willing to give it a shot. When Erick came out, he said he had only worked on a couple of Liebherrs previously. He went through a few troubleshooting steps and eventually got on the line with a Liebherr support person that walked him through some extensive troubleshooting steps. They determined that a sensor had gone bad, and within a couple of days the part came in and Erick had us fixed. Very thrilled that it was fixable and with Mr. Appliance.

Saved my dinner party! Received a referral for Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra from Home Advisor on 11/28/22 to repair my refrigerator. I received a prompt call from Amber, but didn’t schedule an appointment due to another company advising me over the phone to turn off the refrigerator and that should solve the humming noise, well the humming stopped but so did the temperature inside the refrigerator. I called Mr. Appliance back on 12/1, spoke with Nicole and received an appointment for the same day! I received email and text messages of the confirmed appointment and notification when the technician was on the way. Scott Perry arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain the issue and solution to me. One part was available, however, another part had to be ordered, which wouldn’t be available until the following Monday. I called and spoke with Pam, the parts manager who was able to order the parts from a local company, which meant I might be able to get the refrigerator repaired the next day. To my surprise and delight I received a call that Scott be back with the parts Friday afternoon. Scott arrived promptly and advised one of the parts was not needed which saved me around $60. After making the repair, he cleaned up the mess and made sure the refrigerator was cooling properly. Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra was professional from start to finish. If you want an honest, professional, and knowledgeable company, then I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Ponte Vedra.

My home warranty contracted this company to come fix my refrigerator and freezer after it defrosted everything overnight and had been making churning noises. The technician they sent was here for a total of SIX MINUTES from the time he rang my doorbell to the time he drove out of my driveway. Told us nothing was wrong, collected his deductible from the home warranty company and went on his way. Our fridge is still making this churning noise and the only reason the freezer is working is because we unplugged and plugged it back in…this is not normal! I had to call my home warranty to send a different company out because yours did absolutely nothing to try and diagnose the problem.

My name is LaTarsha. This is posting under my daughters name for some reason. This business was contracted out by my home warranty company American Home Shield. American Home Shield dispatched Kaseys Appliance Repair out who is Adept Appliance Service to repair my refrigerator. Tech came out said parts needed to be ordered. I was advised on 11/5/22 that my parts would be in and was given an appointment date of 11/11/22 from 8a-12p. Kaseys/Adept was a no show. No call, No nothing! I have contacted Kaseys/Adept daily leaving voicemails, even sent an email. No return call & no response to my email. I have small kids who I can’t grocery shop for and not to mention the Thanksgiving Holiday is approaching and I have no refrigerator. I’ve been in consistent contact with AHS who continues to contact Kaseys/Adept as well with no response. This has been am horrible customer experience all around with Kaseys/Adept and American Home Shield. I just want my refrigerator fixed. I don’t understand how a company can lack professionalism and not provide a better customer experience.

I wish I had read these reviews before we booked an appointment to have Adept evaluate our refrigerator for repair. We waited at least a week after their technician was here to receive their estimate, and after calling several times finally received an estimate but with no clear indication of how long it would take to order parts or schedule the repair. We got frustrated and lacked confidence in Adept, so called GE Repair Service instead. Their technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately, had the necessary parts on his truck, completed the repair and charged us $200 LESS than it would have cost to endure the frustration with Adept. We wrote Adept a letter afterwards and they never responded.

They never return calls or answer the phone. They came out and needed to replace my refrigerator thermostat and ice maker took my service fee and never returned nor do they ever answer their phone. I left 9 messages and no call back, it has now been a month and a half and I still can't get in touch. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company to repair my refrigerator. I miss the initial phone call from Justina who I assume is the point of contact for the business because I was working. I returned her call later that day during business hours but could only leave her a message. No response. I called 2 more times on different days and left messages because that is the only option. No one ever answered the phone. After my third message and no response I called my home warranty company and asked to be reassigned. I need a working refrigerator I can’t keep waiting. They reassigned me and canceled my claim with Adept. About 10 minutes later Justina calls like nothing is wrong and asks to schedule our appointment. I politely told her I canceled my service request with them due to lack of communication. She then very rudely says “mam, I called you in the 17th.(5 days ago) Have a wonderful day and hung up”. I didn’t even have the chance to say anything. How incredibly rude and unprofessional. How about check your voicemails and see that I tried to call you. They really need to reevaluate how they treat customers.
