WOW! OUTSTANDING! I just can't say enough about Clayton. I was so worried about my refrigerator costing a chunk of money but he came in and helped me tremendously. HIGHLY recommend!!!! And Anna is a sweetheart. I asked about a service fee, don't know if she would of said it before the call was over AND EVERYONE charges a credit card fee. it 2024! Cash is king, use it and save these business and the whole USA. call them!

I called and contrary to what Andy says Anna did not tell the price of a service call up front. They also charge a 3% fee for using a card. They sent a repair person to my house who broke my refrigerator door - as he was trying to put it back on It was sparking and popping. He couldn't even put the refrigerator back together. When I called to complain they had the owner call me who was a condescending jerk, who would not budge on the fees. My bad for not asking up front, but don't make the mistake of calling them they will do nothing to assist you if there are any issues.
