After my 25 year old refrigerator started acting in a wild manner in the area of temperature control, I called A Able Appliance Repair. I talked to a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady who told me that Carl would call me that afternoo. That afternoon, Carl called me and I related my problem. He told me that he would visit me the next morning after calling me to make sure that I was home. The next morning he called and I saw him at my house 30 minutes later. It took him allof fifteen minutes to diagnose the machine and identified the faulty part. He called the parts warehouse and tried to get a generic replacement. One was not available so he ordered the manufacturer replacement. When the part came in three days later, he called me to alert me and came by the house to replace the part. He is a total professional, nice guy, and a pleasure to do business with. The refrigerator is working perfectly. He is the absolute best and very reasonable in his costs.

I highly recommend A Able Appliance Repair. My refrigerator quit cooling over a holiday weekend. I called Mr Williams on Monday and he was able to come the next day to repair it. He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. I will definitely call him if I need any appliance repair in the future!

The tech seem to be in a hurry. He did not thoroughly explained why my fridge was leaking freon. By the way it's still working like it was when he got here. 40 degrees in the freezer

I was extremely pleased with the service I received on my Samsung refrigerator. I appreciated the text updates and reminders. Our technician Steve was the best! Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, personable , prompt, and fixed my problem in a timely manner. I couldn’t find a local Company to work on my Samsung fridge and crossed my fingers in using Sears repair. I can recommend them with the highest confidence and even bought the warranty program for up to 12 appliances!! Very pleased 😃

The gentleman who has worked on my appliances was excellent. Prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, I’m sure he is a wonderful asset to the company!! My only complaint is about scheduling and has nothing to do with the repair man! He was great. I had two broken appliances, an icemaker, and a refrigerator. For the initial service and estimate they sent Mr. Johnson to my house to check my icemaker. Then the very next day they sent him back to my house to check the refrigerator. Now this is poor planning. He lives many miles away from here and that has to be an unnecessary cost for Sears to send a repairman miles and miles away to return to the very same place that he was the day before! He could have looked at both of those appliances on the same day!! So when it was time to schedule for the actual repair of My appliances, again … they have scheduled it for two separate days. I was on the phone an hour and a half talking to Sears trying to get this scheduled for the same day. Everyone I talk to assured me that it could not be done even though it made more sense. So not only do I have 4 days tied up when 2 would have been more intelligent, but it must also cost Sears unnecessary expenses. I spoke to about four people at Sears trying to make sense of this foolishness. Apparently, Sears is so tied to some bizarre computer algorithm that they have no humans that could make sense of a rational schedule. I would happily hire the same repairman for any future repairs, but I will NEVER Use Sears for repairs again. This bizarre and inefficient scheduling process is in a word…stupid.

Sears Warranty service is HORRIBLE!!!! They take your money to say they will give the best benefits however the part for my refrigerator WAS NOT available so refrigerator CANNOT be repaired! I kept getting the run around when talking with benefits department saying they didn’t have paperwork stating the refrigerator cannot be repaired. Talked to the service tech he dated & told Sears that the paperwork was done & sent to them. This has been going on since Aug 2023, with NO results. This has been the worst service warranty. They keep asking for case number. When I asked for a ticket or case number another person they can’t supply that because everything is electronic. All they want to do is, send a Tech out. Already had 2 separate Techs come to my home stating the same thing. “The refrigerator part is no longer available to make the repair” DO NOT EVER purchase a warranty from Sears!! They are HORRIBLE!

Our fridge wasn’t cooling and ruining food, I called Sears they sent Steve, he was punctual and professional and got us fixed up in a timely manner. He Hank you Steve and Sears.
