Freezer light on refrigerator went out. Under warranty. Dave ordered the parts and fixed it! He was here on time and he knew what he was doing! Very pleased.

Dave was very efficient was able to fix the situation with our shelves that had not been mounted properly. He has me monitoring the temperature, which still is always high. Overall comments about the refrigerator, the fact that items can freeze in the refrigerator if they're too close to the top and the exterior finish looks blotchy. We tried taking pictures, but because of the shine they did not turn out well. I don't even know how to describe it. Overall, I haven't been happy with this refrigerator!

My husband and I moved into our newly purchased townhome last Friday and on Monday evening discovered that the less than one-year old Whirlpool side by side had frost buildup in the back of the freezer side and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Replaced icemaker in our refrigerator. Easy and fast once the part arrived. Less than $500 including part and considerably easier than trying to diy. Wore shoe covers and can pay with card. Use online booking and give alerts prior to arrival. Great customer experience.
