Our camp lost power to half of our kitchen last night, including the refrigerator and freezer units, dishwasher, and some overhead lighting. We made an after hours call and Gordon came out quickly to address the issue. He was kind, efficient, helped us find and solve the problem so we didn’t lose any of our food. This company has always been good to us and this was another example of a great employee going above and beyond to care for us in a time of distress. Thank you!

If there is something to pick zero I could pick that number. Waste of money. I spent $800 or more to the sub prep table (refrigerator) repairing with no good technician. They asked to replace the motor fan and we paid for them, but no solution. Again they sent another technician and figured out other defect which will be costing more than $2100. The first technician spent 5 minutes to the pizza prep table just to blow air and forced us to pay 45 minutes payment($75). The most annoying thing is they compelled us to pay in full prior to start their job and which is fruitless.

We've used Sears before for repair (3 years ago). They came fairly quick. Vincent was very gruff and acted like it was too much of a bother. I helped pull all the racking out and assist in defrosting. The biggest thing was he was only here for 1 to 1/4 hour and the bill was $450. No itemization on labor just a line item for $331.00 Parts were a one way valve for drain and a Thermister $85.00 and then they charged 7% sales tax for a PA service job. Not sure where they came from. So far Refrigerator is working fine. Feel I was overcharged for what was done. Won't recommend to others.

Repair on my refrigerator was a horrible experience. The repairman hooked up the ice machine hose to run under the water so now my freezer looks like an iceberg. And he refused to put it back together (we have a zero gravity with the motor on top) because he admitted he didn't work on the enough to know how. Awful experience. I only gave one star because I couldn't write a review otherwise. I am now calling Sears again to have someone return to fix the hose.

This business has been my go to for my dryer, refrigerator, and gas stove for the last 8 years. Kevin and his wife are very knowledgeable, experienced, and no nonsense. If your older appliances need some TLC call them before you consider taking the plunge into replacement.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. We had called to fix our refrigerator. The issue was never corrected and now we are stuck paying someone that can actually fix the problem. They NEVER answer their phone and I’m pretty sure the “repair man” that showed up was homeless and living in his van. He smelled absolutely horrible and had trash piled up everywhere in his work van. ZERO STARS

My boyfriend Paul had called them last week and the guy called today and said he would be here in 15- 20 minutes and he was here. He had fixed our refrigerator in about 20 minutes I will recommend D & A Appliance.

Dude came out in a weird outfit to look at my broken refrigerator. Said he needed to order a part. This was mid-July. It is now October and he took my check for $100, never returns phone calls about this “part.” Feel free to either burn your money or call some place else.
