My refrigerator freezer would not cool. They came out the next day & found the problem. Although parts were on back order Farin was so helpful & told us how to keep it running until the part comes in.

The refrigerator half of our refrigerator/freezer wouldn’t hold temperature. After another company’s technician replaced some parts at a cost of $300, the problem persisted, although the tech said it checked out fine. At the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Farin of In-Home Appliance. He said it must be one of three things, and two checked out - so it must be the motherboard. Unfortunately, that item was no longer available. Farin went on EBay, found the right part, and helped us get it. Problem solved.

Refrigerator stopped cooling. Tech arrived diagnosed problem, ordered part, returned in record time and installed part. Was the fastest service and repair I ever received. Highly recommend this service.

I called and left a message and he called me back promptly. I explained the issue with my Samsung refrigerator. He was very familiar with this particular model and even mentioned it was involved in a class action lawsuit. He told me what to do to possibly get 6 more months out of it as the real issue for this model cannot be fixed. He wouldn’t let me pay him anything for this information. I have saved his number and he will be the only call I make if I ever have any other appliance issues.

Charles from sears repairs was amazing. The issues with the refrigerator were stressful, I did everything within my knowledge to fix it myself and got nowhere. However. Sears sent Charles out and he fixed it right away, as well as educated me for upkeep and maintenance.

The technician did not reinstall the bottom of the fridge properly. He accused me of harassment when I pointed out the problem. He said that the part was only plastic. It still not replaced properly!
