Northwest Appliance and Brad were great. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and Brad showed up at my door at the promised time. Brad asked what we were experiencing with the refrigerator and quickly diagnosed the situation and told me what it take to resolve it. The part was not carried on the truck and would require a follow-up visit. Brad showed up on time for the follow-up and quickly installed the part. The fridge is now coolng expected. When we made the initial call to Northwest Appliance, we wanted to have an honest conversation about "fixing" or replacing the fridge and that is exactly what occurred. This is not first time we've recieved this kind of service from Northwest but it is why we don't hesitate to call them back.

Our refrigerator was leaking on an intermittent basis for a year and a half. We had called a couple of places who told us that if it wasn’t actively leaking when they came out then they couldn’t help. When we called Northwest,they didn’t tell us that. We got an appointment in 2 days. When we told Chris was the issue was he knew exactly what the problem was. He knew how to fix. We would definitely recommend and use again.

I was looking for a company with technicians who could work on my vending machine refrigeration unit, so I gave this place a call. The guy who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and found out what my needs were and directed me to another local company who could take care of me. Shop local! There’s nothing that can replace the personal interaction with another member of your community. All those big companies use automated systems and/or outsource to other countries for underpaid and mistreated people who are so difficult to understand. Shop local!
