When I noticed our 6-y.o. Samsung refrigerator getting less cold last Friday, I called a couple of places and left messages before trying Express Appliance Services. Aram answered right away and happened to be finishing another call nearby so came over within 20 min. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and has since returned twice to order the correct parts and to fix the problem so that it now looks and works like a brand new fridge (see photo). Aram also volunteered to check on our ancient Kenmore refrigerator/workhorse in the garage to ensure it continued to work properly; in doing so, he vacuumed and cleaned the coils (and gave me advice about keeping our Maytag washer in good working condition, to boot!). I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism, responsiveness, excellent communication, and quality service. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any other issues involving major appliances and will happily recommend him to my local family and friends. I was incredibly impressed with the service I recieved! Our refrigerator stopped working over the weekend, and I was worried about our food spoiling, but Ed arrived within an hour of my call—faster than I expected. He was professional, courteous, and even removed his shoes before entering our home, which I really appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty start relay and capacitor, left to get the necessary parts, and was back in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Harry and his son George. They were on time, very polite, extremely knowledgeable, more than willing to explain to me what the problem was with my refrigerator, and what they would do to repair it. They also checked to make sure there were no other issues. Harry told me the cost of the repair before they began the work, and the cost was reasonable. Both Harry and George were totally professional and highly effective; they explained what they were during the repair. My refrigerator is now working perfectly! The freezer drawer in our Kitchen Aid refrigerator had been sticking for quite some time so I called Conner's Appliance to send someone over to fix it. Mark arrived, pulled on the drawer, ran his hand along the bottom of it, then asked for a rag and some Windex. Both were right there in the kitchen. Mark began along the bottom of the drawer and then up the sides. It didn't take long, and the drawer opened very smoothly. Mark told me he has four kids, so he knew immediately what was wrong with the drawer. Something in the fridge had spilled on it and had run down to form great stickiness! We haven't had kids here for some time so it had to be one of us who did that? You would think we would have noticed something spilling and have cleaned it up. Mark came a couple days later to replace the gasket on the right refrigerator door. Being a pop-in, it was a fast repair that he had obviously made before. If we ever have any other appliance problems, I am going to call Conner's Appliance Repair and ask for Mark!

Our refrigerator went out on a Saturday afternoon at 4 PM. I called Abel and he responded right away and said that he could arrive at my house by 6 PM the same day. He arrived at 6 PM , as agreed, and had our refrigerator back in service by 7 PM. This is customer service on steroids! Professional and a great tech. I'm updating my review as promised. There was a small issue after repair which brought Abel back out to our house. Not knowing whether it was his responsibility or not Able came back to our house and was willing to go above and beyond what it would take to resolve issue. Jose from Valley Pro Appliance was very professional & courteous. He listened carefully to the problem, almost immediately knew the solution, had me take a pic of Brand and Model number which saved a trip out to diagnose problem. He ordered the part, arrived at my house within a few days, fixed the problem all in one visit. Very happy with the service and his knowledge. Dryer working great. I called just recently for my refrigerator. Once again he listened to the problem, made a very quick diagnosis and advised me to reset the GFI in garage which fixed the problem, without him even having to come out. I will continue to use his services when needed. He is very good.

Fridge started making a horrible knocking sound. I called Valley Pro Appliance Repair and a live person answered the phone, it was Jose!
