Our LG refrigerator decides to stop cooling. We removed all of our food and saved what we could in coolers. Called these gentleman up and luckily they were able to come by later that afternoon. They quickly found the problem; we had two options replace the broken part or buy a new fridge. Unfortunately due to the supply chain woes, even if we choose to buy a new fridge we wouldn’t get it for 6+ mos. Choice was simple and they were able to replace the bad part right then and there. This father and son duo provided excellent customer service and even swept some of the dust behind our fridge for us. When we purchased our LG (Black Chrome/french doors) a few years ago (just enough to barely miss our warranty expiration) it was a noisy fridge. The new compressor they installed is silent in comparison. If you’re having problems with your fridge don’t hesitate to call this father and son duo, you won’t regret it. I’d like to caveat this review with; the service call was completed a few months ago and bad on me for not leaving a review. A few months later (I.e. now) and my fridge is still working great!

I was told by another company that the compressor was out on my built in refrigerator. The other company didn’t work on the enclosed systems, so they recommended Fort Worth Refrigeration. Matthew from Fort Worth Refrigeration came out fully prepared to replace the compressor, but found that all it needed was a good cleaning and replacement of a much less expensive part. His knowledge, experience, & honesty save me a lot of money. I highly recommend!!

Kyle is great, and “Speedy” is definitely a great name for the company! Our Samsung Refrigerator stopped cooling and I wasn’t sure who to call. I googled appliance repair and looked at a couple other places first, but decided to go with this company because of reviews. I got Kyle on the phone immediately and he was at my house within 15 minutes!!! He diagnosed the problem and had to order some parts so it wouldn’t be fixed right away, which is fine. There was a snow storm the next day which I think contributed to why parts took a little longer to come in, but still, no big deal!!! When he came back to fix it, he realized there was another issue he hadn’t originally seen and was very apologetic, honest and speedy again to get the issue fixed. Our refrigerator is now working better than it has in years! I have already started recommending Kyle and Speedy Appliance Repair to everyone I know!!! Thank you Kyle!

Our 16 year old Samsung french door refrigerator quit cooling in the freezer compartment. Kyle with Speedy Appliance came to inspect and ordered the required part to fix the issue (temp sensor). A partial payment was made. We had to unplug the fridge for the ice to melt from the coils. Two days later Kyle installed the part, checked the system. He was prompt and courteous and didn’t mess around. Later in the day the fridge cooled down but not the freezer. I called Kyle and he advised that I wait 24 hours since Samsung refrigerators have a unique way of cooling when starting or restarting the fridge. He was right, next morning my freezer was -6F. I now have a trusted “go-to” for appliance repair. No wonder Speedy has an abundance of 5 star ratings.

I was thoroughly satisfied with Callahan's Appliances repair process/service visits. The technician that came out - I believe his name was Spencer - was fantastic. He was timely, efficient and answered any and all questions. Lauren, whom I believe scheduled the service visits and collected receipt information, was also very efficient and clear and concise in her communication. My LG refrigerator is 3.5 years old, and the compressor was on its way out - and was causing excessive frost build-up on the fan in our freezer, if I recall Spencer's diagnosis correctly. Either way, Spencer came out and diagnosed the unit. Notated the issues, what parts would need to be replaced and ordered, and an approximate timeline. He came back within a few days after the parts had arrived and got the unit buttoned-up. Would not hesitate to recommend for appliance repair.

Was the most aggravating and bizarre attempt to fix a refrigerator. A total of 16, yes sir, I said 16 visits with the final analysis by Colton to suggest a new one. I had a warranty and was paid a pro rated price. All visits were free. I commend Colton for his tenacity and being professional. He came 3x. Just totally aggravating.
