SW Mr. Appliance is great. Refrigerator was not cooling. Very pleasant person on the phone when I called to see if they could help us. She called back to tell us the tech was on his way. Jerry, the tech, was able to fit us in within an hour. He diagnosed the issue and was up and running like new again. In our case no parts needed. Frozen (ice build up on the cooling fan). Our go-to place for appliance repairs and telling friends if the need repairs done. 5 star, thank you!!!!!!

My refrigerator and freezer went out on July 2nd. I was afraid I'd be without one for the whole Holiday weekend. I was also worried I would need to buy a new one. Mr Appliance came out the same day and replaced a the fan motor for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

When our refrigerator went out, we had a difficult time initially finding someone to come out in a timely manner to diagnose the problem. When I contacted Home Appliance Parts and Repair, they were able to send someone the next morning. Joe was timely, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He even informed us that the part our fridge needed would be covered by the manufacturer because of a quality control issue. This meant that Home Appliance would not be able to do the repair for us. I am highly impressed with their integrity and customer care, and I plan to contact them with future repair needs.

We have an LG refrigerator that stopped working. It was just under warranty, and David was great to work with to get the repair scheduled. Jared was the technician, and he did a great job! I myself have worked as a service tech for 25+ years and rarely have other fix items in our home, and when I do hire others, I am often disappointed in their level of service. Was referred to them by another appliance repair due to the type of refrigerant my LG uses. Absolutely no complaints! Thankfully, the compressor was covered under warranty, which all I had to do was provide the purchase receipt. They took care of the rest! Jake was my tech who was able to answer all my questions, was super friendly, and left absolutely no mess. Will use them again, hopefully not any time soon!

A-1 Marks i feel is the best appliance repair company in Ft. Wayne. They have done a clothes dryer, a gas range and a refrigerator for us over the years. Their trip charge is so reasonable and their repairs have never needed to be redone. You can't go wrong with them.

My mother has used A-1 Mark's appliances for years both for used appliances and repair of appliances. More recently my niece bought a used refrigerator for a great price. I just called A-1 to see if they can fix the dishwasher to get it connected to the cabinet, small job and while he was very busy with other incoming calls he was extremely courteous and kind enough to offer to send someone out to take a look. This is the same level of service my mom has gotten them over the years and just felt it a shout out to this business that seems to treat everyone like family.

Guy in for service my refrigerator pulled it out from wall listened for a few seconds said you need a new one I told him that's the easiest 65 he will make all day.

Our refrigerator died on Thursday. I called A-1 Marks late that same day. On Friday afternoon Mark was at our house, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part that was needed, and was back on Monday to make the repair. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. We could not have been more pleased!

My ice maker was leaking and making big globs of ice in the ice bucket. I had a different repair place come out (because I had bought the refrigerator from an associated company). The guy came out 3 times. First visit he stopped one of the leaks. Called him out again and after he left I was getting no ice. He came out the 3rd time. He had put something around the hose that made it freeze up. After he took that off I was getting dirty ice. Called a 4th time. A different guy came out and barely looked at it. Said I needed a new ice maker and to order it from Amazon and install myself or if they installed it they would charge another $129 and labor to install it. I ordered the ice maker and installed it but then I couldn't get any water to run so THANKFULLY I found A1-Mark's online. Mark came out two days later. Took one look at it and said I needed a new hose because the old one was corroded. The other guys never even looked at the hose. He replaced it at a reasonable price and now I have nice, clean ice. Thanks Mark!!

I purchased a used refrigerator on 8/26/21. I was told their delivery was 3 weeks out so I decided to pickup myself. The salesman told me that if I pickup that they would not send service to my home and that I would have to bring the unit back in to the store for the 30 day warranty to be valid. I told him that would not be an option as I only had help with the pickup but I asked if something was wrong, could I bring the part in to have it replaced as a part of the warranty. He confirmed and told me that all of the used equipment is inspected when it comes in and anything faulty was replaced prior to being put on the sales floor. He stated that the unit was not cleaned because they cannot "legally" clean them in-house with chemicals. I trusted what he said and completed the purchase. I picked up that same afternoon and had it running by 8/27/21. On 8/28/21 I noticed it was making ice but not dispensing. I figured out it was the ice auger motor and took it out to take to Wisman's on 8/30/21. I called to confirm they had a replacement and was told that THEY WOULD NOT warranty the part and that I had to bring the unit back in to the store for them to check, but they would not replace a part that cost a lot of money when I brought the unit in or not. I tried explaining the bad part to a sales member and then a sales manager and they both said to bring it in the store and they would look at it in 3-4 days but likely would only credit what I spent on the refrigerator towards something else. Zack, the sales manager stated that the salesman I dealt with mis-spoke and did not understand the service/parts aspect so basically I am out of luck. Do NOT buy from this company. They lie to make a sale and do not honor their 30 day warranty on purchases, ESPECIALLY if you pick them up yourself.

Was having an issue with our refrigerator and had a technician come out to take a look. Dude was knowledgeable and completely honest with us about what he thought was going on and what our next course of action should be. Will definitely be using them again next time we need a repair done.

Sent our refrigerator in for service and the freezer drawer was damaged when it was returned. Wiseman’s refused to acknowledge or address the issue through customer support. Called the owner and he was rude and unprofessional. He to refused to address the issue and would not send anyone out to repair it, even when we told him we would pay for the service call.

Updated, May 2022. We just made another purchase at Wisman's. Today we picked out a new dryer. Once again, the service was very good & we will be getting it delivered & installed in 2 weeks! They will keep getting our business for years to come!!!! 3 weeks ago, my wife & I went appliance shopping. We needed a new stove & refrigerator. We had researched & reviewed brands & models, so we had a good idea of what we wanted. Prior to going into the store, I called and spoke with Gary. He was very friendly & answered all my questions. When we arrived, we were greeted immediately & helped by Dave. He showed us what we were interested in and answered the questions we had. We found exactly what we wanted & needed ! Their prices are below MSRP! By quite alot ! The following week, our appliances were delivered & installed by 2 very nice fellows, who did a fantastic job ! They hauled away the old appliances too ! We are absolutely thrilled with our new Frigidaire Gas stove & Refrigerator!! The service & staff at Wisman's are Terrific ! We will only be making purchases in the future, with them ! It is great, knowing that they will service all our appliances as well! We both highly recommend Wisman's !
