I called Kevin Harner today (13 July) for an issue with the refrigerator "frosting/icing-up" every couple weeks.....and the lady said that she "never ran into this situation before" and to call someone else. Seriously?!!! In your years of business, you never dealt with a refrigerator icing-up??? Wow..... Anyway, I then called SARCON Appliance, and they were able to get a technician out to see me in under two hours. The guy knew his stuff, and he saw that it was an issue with the sensor. I also brought up an issue with the ice dispensor, and he was able to correct that within [literally] 10 seconds...without charge! I'm glad that the lady at Kevin Harner steered me elsewhere and that I found SARCON. They will be my go-to company going forward, and they even charged HALF of what I expected, which was an added bonus.

I called to schedule a service appointment for our refrigerator and freezer as it was intermittently working. The lady on the phone was so nice and actually gave me a list of things to do before they sent a technician out. I followed her instructions and sure enough the refrigerator started working again. It's nice to know there are still honest people and businesses that don't try and sell you a bag of goods you don't need when it's likely a simple fix. I highly recommend this business!

I called to inquire about refrigerator repair. The woman that answered was very abrupt and rude. She would ask a question and then cut me off and told me what I was telling her didn't make sense. In the end she told me they were too busy to help me and to call someone else. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend.

Do not use this company. Their tech showed up as schedule. I had 2 problems with my refrigerator. I needed water filter which I gave the tech. Ref. Model # and serial #. Came with no filter 2nd problem I had refrigerator ice dispenser not working.he worked a little bit then said I need a part which I don’t have. The tech said I will get these part and I will call back. Paid service charge never heard from them again. Called several times no response what so ever.
