Levi was prompt for our appointment time, listened to my explanation of what the refrigerator was doing and promptly replaced a part that he had on the truck. he was courteous and professional. They came in the 2-hour time frame they said they'd arrive, were courteous, efficient, replaced the leaking part and were done in less than an hour. They'll be by go-to appliance repair from now on.

I called Levi after another company had completely failed me to the point I had not had a refrigerator in a month. I had all but given up and started to look at new refrigerators when I decided to call Levi who was recommended to me after I’d started dealing with said other company. He came over next day and diagnosed, and had me fixed up as soon as the part came in! Extremely impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. 10/10 - would recommend.

Levi provided a professional, excellent service to repair my Samsung refrigerator. His on-line contact to make an appointment was excellent. He arrived on time. From my description of the problem he knew immediately how to resolve it. He explained what he would do each step along the way. It was completed in less than an hour and I was very confident in his expertise. I had contacted Samsung for help but they wanted to set up an appt from Omaha when I live in W Des Moines, which was ridiculous. Levi is a very pleasant man who operates a successful business by himself . I could not have met a nicer, more qualified person to come into my home and cheerfully resolve an appliance problem for me. He is qualified to work on a wide range of appliance names and issues. waited over three weeks for refrigerator repair. Tech showed up and replaced a control board. They did not wait to make sure refrigerator was working said temp would come down in a couple of hours. Temp never came down. When we called them the next day about having a tech return and fix the problem the owner stated it would be a week before somebody could return and that's all he could do. contacted manufacturer and they were able to find an new service company that showed up the next day and replaced the compressor and inserted the old control board.

Ben was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My refrigerator needed two repairs and within a week, both broken parts were replaced. I appreciate this business’s transparent billing and efficient work.

These people need SERIOUS customer service training!! First off they will NOT do anything with any appliance in a mobile home even though refrigerators in a mobile home are the same as one in a house. They must look down on us poor folk that live in a mobile home. Even though they didn't see how nice mine was. They claim they deliver but after making the sale will tell you they can't deliver 15 miles away. That lady is the rudest sales person I've encountered EVER! And I've run into some bad ones in my day.

Wow!! I had an issue with my side by side refrigerator. I called Metro Appliance on a Thursday and Hope & Tim came on Friday to assess the situation. They found the problem and Hope, my service technician, came back Saturday and got it fixed up! The only place in the metro with that kind of turn time!! Also, I so appreciated the competitive trip charge compared to the jacked up prices charged in the Western Suburbs. Hope checked other parts on the fridge while it was torn apart to be sure everything was working properly! Also while waiting for the fridge to de-ice, Hope started to help wipe out the fridge while I was washing everything! Also offered to mop up the water I had spilled. She was smart, quick and thorough and went above and beyond to do a great job. Definitely going to be my go-to appliance repair place! Thank you for offering great service for a fair price to all the average Joes trying to get by with their existing equipment!!

Had a terrible experience with them. Refrigerator broke and took them over a month of scheduling and then cancelling last minute before they called and said they couldn’t find the correct part to fix it. Even after they called saying they couldn’t fix it I received a call wanting to schedule the technician to come out. Called the refrigerator brands service line and ordered the correct part. When it arrived the brands technition said parts were missing from the refrigerator. Tried calling multiple times as well as contacting them online with no call back. Communication is very difficult. Very hard to get past the front staff who are answering the phones. Never get call backs for updates. Still waiting to hear about misssing parts from them. Had to order those too which further delayed the repair and increased the cost of repair. Would definitely not recommend them.

Signed up for the maintenance plan. They've already checked my refrigerator and furnace and told me what repairs are needed.
